I brought my 2006 Mercedes S500 to Accurate Automotive to diagnose a noise coming from my passenger-side wheel. I suspected it was the wheel bearing but wanted professional confirmation before doing the repair myself. I clearly explained the noise location and also mentioned I had a torn boot on my driver-side axle. After dropping off my car, I received a text with a link to their diagnostic report, which included a video. However, the video showed a technician shaking my driver-side axle and claiming that was the source of my problem--not the passenger-side wheel noise I came in for. They quoted over $1,500 for parts and labor to replace the axle. Since I'd already purchased the axle and planned to do the work myself, I declined. That weekend, I replaced the driver-side axle and tie rod end. While doing the work, I noticed the driver-side wheel bearing was slightly noisy, so I replaced that as well. After completing everything and test driving the car, the original noise was still there--coming from the passenger side, exactly where I'd told them it was. I called to express my concerns about paying for a diagnosis that didn't address the issue I brought the car in for. It felt like they simply put the car on a lift, shook the axle with the obvious torn boot, and called it done without investigating the actual complaint. The manager, Alex, was immediately defensive and combative rather than understanding my frustration. While he did offer to look at the car again, I'd lost confidence in their diagnostic abilities. Additionally, their report claimed I needed a brake fluid flush because it was "very dark." I checked the fluid myself--it was clear, and my moisture testing device showed only 0.5% water content, well within acceptable limits. I'm also puzzled by their $1,500+ quote for an axle replacement when the part costs around $400 and took me under two hours to install. Unfortunately, due to the inaccurate diagnosis, questionable additional recommendations, and poor attitude when I raised concerns, I cannot recommend Accurate Automotive and will not be returning.

Not the same owner. Totally different since Ed is no longer there. All of the great reviews were posted before the change.

Our mechanic recommended this place and oh man - it's awesome!…read more I pulled in and they guided me directly into the bay, handed me a complimentary bottle of water, got my info while already starting the oil change, cleaned my windshield, topped my fluids, didn't upsell me on an air filter (actually said "you know, I wouldn't replace this. It looks good."), and I was out in 15 minutes! They even topped off my tires for free, which had gotten low during a cold blast. Stayed in my car the whole time, which is wildly helpful with a 1 year old in tow. They had a coupon online I could use too. The *only* thing I had to ask about was the resetting my van's oil alert, which they happily did. 10/10, an amazing experience. Will absolutely be going back and recommending to my friends!

Needed an oil change and didn't want to make a dealership appointment. Had to grab my son from school in thirty minutes. Take 5 Oil Change to save the day! Pull up in one of the two lines. They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

NEVER. GO. HERE These guys are thieves and goons…read more Literally go anywhere else. I have never felt compelled to write a review for a business until the HORRIBLE experience I have had at Mud's Tires. They've got GOONS working there and this shop should be avoided at all costs. Earlier this year, I brought my Jeep into Mud's to see what it would take to get my check engine light turned off. Well, 14k later, my check engine light is still on. This is the most back-alley and illegitimate mechanic shop I have ever dealt with and I am embarrassed I ever went here. After having to bring my Jeep back into this shop and having it stay over night there for a total of 60 days this year, I decided to cut my losses and accept that these dirtbags were never actually going to honor their "warranty." Mud's claims to have a warranty for all work performed but they won't actually honor that, when you inevitably have to bring your car back in when their shotty mechanic work immediately fails. They will try and convince you that you have to spend more money with them to actually fix the problem this time. They will pretend to work on your car while they keep it for a few days/weeks and you are without a way of getting around. This happened to me and when I complained to the owner he tried to gaslight me and tell me the issues I was having with my Jeep, after paying him thousands, were somehow my fault? I've attached a screenshot of the convo to this review, in which the owner of the shop tells me "I'm not your daddy," after I complained to him about the mechanical work the goons he's got working in there did on my Jeep. Also, I recommend scrolling down a few reviews to read about one customers experience at Mud's in which she over hears the owner complaining about "blacks." This is the kind of shop Mud's is. NEVER GO HERE. They will rob you and your car will run worse than it did before you brought it in. The owner will act like he's your friend and that he's giving you a deal. Run. He's a hustler and don't fall for his tricks. He is not your friend and he will rob you blind if you give him the chance. Lastly, I asked the owner for a 6k refund after his goons essentially totaled my Jeep and he said he would sue me for defamation if I gave him a bad review. I've attached a screenshot of that interaction with him as well. Apparently customers take him to court often? Go to a real shop that can actually honor their warranty and has actual licensed mechanics.

Codes showed the problem had been there for hours - they never fixed it. This should have been a straightforward repair. When I asked what happened, staff were dismissive. Aliyah claimed my CV axles were causing a rough idle and suggested replacing them. That has nothing to do with a vacuum leak. I asked if they'd performed a smoke test. She said no because of a tear in the intake hose. But you have to seal the intake to run a smoke test - the tear would need to be fixed first for any diagnostics to work. Either they didn't do the work or they're making excuses. I paid for a simple fix I didn't get. After years of loyal business, I expected better. This isn't the shop I thought I knew. Feels like they took advantage of that trust.

I just want to say that there was a guy that worked there when I first started to go there he was Asian I don't remember his name. I felt that he was trustworthy. These guys now I feel they are not. I feel that they are just trying to make money and don't own up to the mechanics mistakes. I really think their mechanic needs more training or a new mechanic.
