In my opinion they should change the name of this company from Auto Lab to Auto FRAUD!

In my opinion: We are currently in the process of suing these shops for FRAUD among other things. Jason & shops are in for a rude awakening soon! Jason, I have video evidence of what you "never installed", yet you fraudulently charged me thousands of dollars $ for parts never installed. You never replaced anything in my van, not my radiator or my radiator cooler. You scammed me. All factory parts still remain pal! I got you, for straight-up FRAUD! You're a complete con man period! You're ripping off the public daily with your fraudulent practices. In my opinion, Guys like you (Jason) don't deserve to be in business but rather in prison. It's time the law gets involved and finally takes you & your fraudulent shops down! See ya in court Auto Lab! Or should I say Auto Fraud

I wish I had read some of the comments on the business FB page before finding myself in Autolab (AKA ColoradoMotive) grips. I was told to give Jason Colson of Englewood a call as he would help out a person in a need. Turns out he is looking for those in vulnerable states.... Careful Front Range.. Especially the ladies, he isn't afraid to use the client information he has on you to physically threaten, and intimidated you into doing what he wants - His wife will back up his actions, as if she doesn't know better - perhaps she needs help herself. Please be cautious. Please be gracious too. Let's keep them so busy, they don't have the time to be shady to the community that keeps its doors open. Ladies, I sincerely recommend just steering clear, but please at least take a friend. Be sure to keep your receipts & video rolling. Please share

Will helped me every step of the way--he was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain my options so I felt comfortable with the decision. I ended up not going with the full engine swap, but the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The communication throughout everything was excellent, and I really appreciated how helpful and honest Will was. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and the experience. I'll definitely be coming back to Christian Brothers Automotive for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend! -Shaffer

I brought my car in for a stalling issue. The initial diagnosis cost $775 to replace a battery…read morecable and add a ground screw, which felt very high. Afterward, I was told the car had multiple oil and coolant leaks and was quoted an additional $3,500 for repairs. On a car worth about $4,000, this didn't make financial sense. When I declined the extensive repairs, there was no discussion of smaller, interim solutions or things I could try myself; the only suggestion was financing the full amount. The immediate next step was being asked to retrieve my vehicle. The shop was extremely busy, and I left with the impression that they prioritize large, high-cost jobs. Disappointed with the experience and lack of flexible solutions, I will not be returning. Update to my previous review: It's been two weeks since I picked up my vehicle, and I have not observed any oil on my driveway. This seems inconsistent with what I was told about the severity of the oil leak issue during my visit. I have checked the oil level multiple times and it appears to remain at the same level. After posting my initial review, I received several phone calls from the shop owner requesting that I modify my review. I eventually asked that these calls stop. Service details: I paid $180 for initial diagnostics, during which I was told there was an 80% probability that the problem was my battery cables. I then paid $235.19 for new battery cables, but it did not resolve the issue. A subsequent diagnosis costing $359.98 identified a bad ground wire, which was then repaired by tapping in a new wire. Additional observations from my service experience: When I collected my vehicle, I noticed what appeared to be a black, grease-like substance on the exterior door handle that was not present when I dropped it off. I also discovered that the front emblem was no longer attached to my vehicle. When I inquired about this inside the shop, staff located the emblem and handed it to me and told me it fell off when they closed the hood. I check my fluids every month, this has never happened to me. There was no offer to repair the damage.

We brought in our beloved 2010 gold Prius, "Bethany," and they repaired the brake pump assembly and brake actuator, changed the oil, and replaced the cabin air filter -- all in the SAME DAY. Not only was the work completed quickly, but the total cost was roughly one-third of what Toyota dealership pricing would have been. From the very first phone call, Micky in the front office made the process absolutely incredible. Friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely caring -- the kind of person that instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. You simply don't find customer service like that anymore. Yong, the mechanic, was equally outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question we had. You could immediately tell he truly understands hybrids and takes pride in his work. What really stood out was the atmosphere. Mary and I ended up staying around for about 30 minutes after everything was finished just chatting with everyone about cars, restaurants, and life. It felt more like visiting friends than dealing with a repair shop. If you own a Prius or hybrid vehicle, this is THE place to go in Denver. Honest people, incredible pricing, expert repairs, and genuinely kind human beings. Bethany is running beautifully again thanks to these folks. Worth every mile we drove from Louisiana. -- Scott

If I'm paying dealership-level pricing, I expect dealership-level service, transparency, and warranty backing--which was not offered here. I ultimately chose to move forward with another shop that provided a more reasonable price, a clear explanation of the repair, and a warranty on the work. I also want to say this: as a woman, this experience didn't sit right. The lack of transparency and inflated pricing raised concerns about whether I was being treated fairly. Women should feel confident they're being quoted honestly and not taken advantage of, and that wasn't my experience here. I would strongly recommend getting multiple opinions before committing to any major repairs.
