Went in not even a month ago. I scheduled an alignment, balance and tire rotation. I waited 3 hours and all they did was "align" my car. I was already upset that they didn't do everything I asked in a span of 3 hours I waited. considering I scheduled an appointment 2 days prior. 2 weeks go by and my car is squeaky and it's bad, even worse as I reverse so I find a local mechanic. I couldn't deal with the noise for 1 day. Thankfully, this guy knows what he is actually looking at!! First thing my mechanic told me was my tire was SHAKING.... mind you I am a single mother, I drive my car with MY 3 YEAR OLD. That is DANGEROUS. Have I waited, it could've ended up FATAL. Second thing is I have to get my car REALIGNED due to Les Schwab not doing their job right the first time. I spent about $200 for a job they couldn't even do. THANKS for the additional problems and payments ... this was so inconvenient and I would NEVER return to any Les Schwab location again. Went in for a alignment and employe said he couldent figure out my alignment and said my drop bar is probably not straight I am aware it's a lifted truck but it would pull to the side hard he said to get it checked out by who installed the suspension and if I came back in between 2-3 weeks they wouldent charge me again for the alignment so I took it in and Jose said I had to pay again and was un professional about the situation. Les Schwab Broomfield review Rick and Marie are great examples of why Les Schwab rocks! Marie and Rick Totally hooked us up on multiple occasions from a low front tire issue. We had a CRV tire that kept deflating and they solved it. I witnessed Superlative customer service and above and beyond care. Les Schwab Stood behind their warranty and didn't charge me for each of the three trips in. They were super polite and friendly and got it solved. We are Very impressed with their service and the quality of human beings at Les Schwab. THANK YOU! I am so impressed with your customer service and professionalism. I had a slow leak in one of my tires due to a screw being stuck in the tire. I brought my car in for tire repair and I only waited about 30 minutes until it was done. Even more impressive was that when the Technician came out to give me my key, he told me there was no charge for repair!!! WHAT??!?! I'm not usually a very emotional guy but I lost my dear husband recently and I could barely hold back my tears! I didn't expect a free service by any means. I used to go to Les Schwab 20 years ago when we lived in Seattle but have not visited any of the locations since we moved to Colorado. I was on my way to Boulder this morning from Thornton when I noticed that my rear driver's side tire was losing pressure. I called Les Schwab to see if they could get me in and spoke to Brendan on the phone. He was super friendly and they were able to get me right in for an appointment. They didn't try to pressure me to buy anything extra and were professional and helpful. I was in and out within maybe an hour. First off let me just say thank you and amazing! Les Schwab has never been my favorite stop or first on my list to stop for anything. However, I glad I stopped here. I should know better than to judge all by 1 or 10 stores, saying they are all the same. So this store put my thought process back in prospective. The store was really clean, staff was amazing! All of them! I would like to say one stood out more than the other, but I can't really pick. I will say tho this store was ran completely professional and extremely fast service! They even gave me a ride to golf course so I didn't have to sit at the shop all day. That has never happened for me ever. I live In Oregon and travel a lot, so that being said I have been to a lot of not so good stores. More so in Oregon. I won't mind you taking someone like Casey to Oregon and showing them how customer service really works and how a store should be ran. They can all take lessons from him. A lot needed to be replaced on my truck, typically I would not take les schwabs word for that much stuff. I very much take it for real from this store. The good news for the store is my son transferred the money to fix the truck and I decided to stay in Denver. I was traveling for last 30 days to find a place to get out of line side, my proposal was taken from a local company. So this means I will be back very soon once I get settled in. My son has a list to add to les schwabs list, including finding the Iroks Super Swamper and new rims among some other stuff he would like done to the truck since I am staying around at least three the winter. I'm very disappointed. I have been coming to les Schwab for a while to get my tires rotated/serviced and have had good service until today. I replaced my snow tires last winter and when summer came around, I went looking for new summer tires as well. I naturally came to les Schwab again to look at tires. Their tire prices are not the lowest around, but I had good service up until then so I talked to a sales associate who informed me that if I night summer tires here they would swap them out for me and balance them for free for the life of the tires. I thought that sounded pretty good so I bought a set of summer tires too. They swapped them out, bagged up my winters and sent me on my way. That brings me to today. I came in to the tire center with my winter tires to get them swapped out and it turns out that they will only swap out your winter tires for free IF YOU HAVE TWO SETS OF WHEELS! (Something I could do in my driveway with my floor jack and about ten minutes instead of sitting in their waiting room for an hour+) Who seriously has a spare set of wheels sitting around in their garage and then brings their tires to a tire shop to wait in line to get their tires swapped out? I will pay the $60 today to get my tires swapped because I don't have any choice, but then I'm going to spend $100 on a spare set of wheels from Craig's list and take my business to somewhere that doesn't mislead its customers and has better tire prices. read more

Giving a poor review simply due to poor customer service- or rather, lack of. Stopped in on the way home from work. I had a flat tire which needed repair or replacement. Stood at the front desk for ten minutes with no acknowledgement. I could have rolled a tire off the rack and got it in my car without anyone noticing me. Turns out I needed a new tire, and with an all wheel drive, that means four new tires. Your lack of service cost you a sale. Sorry! read more

I took my new tire and my specialty rim to have mounted on Saturday afternoon the technician unloaded both tires did the repair or did the work and then reloaded it into the truck I never thought to check it I got back to where I needed to put this tire on and notice the rim was cracked with a piece missing!!!!! took it back and manager Jeff said they are not responsible for anything that they cannot prove!! this was a fresh crack he was very adamant about not taking any responsibility for this I'm still waiting and was supposed to receive a phone call today Monday and have not yet heard from him. This place is great! Took my truck to a nearby independent shop and there were afraid to do the alignment on my truck and basically blew me off. Driving home I was wondering where I could take my truck to get the alignment done. That's when I saw the Les Schwab on the corner. I stopped by and they got me right in, even though it was late in the day. Edgar did the alignment and did a great job at it. He did have trouble setting the toe due to my tie rod ends being seized up. I ordered new tie rod ends and put them on and took it back to Les Schwab. Edgar did the alignment again (at no charge) and got everything back into GM specs. I will definitely be going back there again if the need arises. Great job Les Schwab!! read more

I have a seasonal tire storage company with a fleet of delivery vans that serves Denver Metro and we try to use tire stores near our warehouses. We decided to try this store for some repairs, but since I was traveling, I had to coordinate between my employees and the Schwab store via phone. Ben, Kaitlyn, and Mike made it easy for us. Ben gave our driver a ride and then he got the work done efficiently and affordably on two vans. Kaitlyn was patient and charming on the phone in handling the paperwork. Because I interact with nearly every tire store in the Denver Metro marketplace, I know a well-managed shop when I see it. THIS IS ONE OF THEM! Additionally, I used Les Schwab, Ashland Oregon, from 1979 to 2010. Over the years I was both a customer and a vendor who provided subcontracted services to their customers. Wow this place is UN-believable! So I had a new steering rack put in my Audi and my mechanic referred me here telling me they have a good working relationship with L Scwab. I was apprehensive but with the endorsement and having total trust in my mechanic I said ok. The mechanic called L Scwab while I was standing right there and told them I would need a 4 wheel alignment. L Scwab said ok and asked for my name and how long til I could get there. I drove straight there from 72nd and Washington in very light traffic. I arrived at L Scwab at 340 pm walked in and told the girl I was the Alpine Euro customer and was told they were backed up on the alignment rack and wouldn't have time to get to me before closing . . . Wow. I said, "that figures," walked out and promptly called my mechanic back telling them what happened along with my other L Schwab encounter. I gladly went somewhere else, got great service and took the whole situation as a reminder of why even though I live very close to this shop, don't buy tires there or will never take my car for service or recommend them.
