When my husband and I lived in a condo in Oaks North in Rancho Bernardo, we had Stuart Quick Dry clean our carpets and we were very happy with the outcome. Well, we ended up having a manufactured home built and moved to a mobile home park in Santee. A really great company, we've used them several times. Shawn, the tech was able to do a Great job on a patch under the bed that we didnt even know was there until we moved the bed. Earlier this year we had a leak in plumbing pipe and didn't realize it had soaked into some cardboard on picture frames, stashed under the bed. Frame backs mildewed and left a terrible stain. Shawn did the best job he could and we were satisfied. Its under the bed so we aren't upset. No more stashing under the bed! read more

We've used Stuart Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning for 2 years now. I called and made an appointment with April. Very upbeat, nice and professional. She quoted me a price for 3 rooms, a couch and a love seat. Mark arrived on time and ready to go. We asked if he could do two area rugs too. He said "sure can" It took about 2 hours. Everything looked great when he finished. It was a nice day so we opened the windows to dry the carpets faster. It took about 3 hours for the carpets. The couches took longer so we just kept the cushions off overnight. They were dry by the morning. I highly recommend them. We will have them back next year. read more

I thought I would support a small business so I called and scheduled with Stuart Quick Dry. I have a small 2 bedroom house - 3 areas to be cleaned. I was quoted $99. It was $149 plus the iPad asked for a tip. Things looked good at the finish but 5-6 hrs later NOT 3 the stains were back. No furniture moving and in fact the chairs from the dining table were not even returned to position. At the time I was recovering from surgery and I called a couple weeks later. Days later I received a voice mail message - no apology just " return my call." This was the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever had. read more

My carpets look good, there was no deodorizer so i honestly had a wet carpet smell for almost a full daydrying only took 2-3 hours though. so LOTS of febreeze. LOTS!!!!! to get rid of the smell but they got some difficult stains out. I do prefer the ones where they have the handle to the truck outside it might be all in my head but it feels cleaner but for some good points: 1. i got an appointment the next day 2. it took just over an hour 3. can swipe your CC on their phone ( $5 fee though) but i never got a call to say they were on my way so my dogs were all at the front door. I always ask for a phone call so i can corral the dogs into the back yard that was kinda grr. I was about to call to see where the guy was since it was almost 20 mins past my appointment window but seriously not a big deal.the guy was nice and professional. oh forgot to mention 5 area special for $119 read more

I used this company after I saw their ad in the Get 1 Free magazine. I researched all the companies advertising and read all the Yelp reviews. Took me hours to settle on this company. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Jason was perfectly punctual and very friendly. My favorite part was that he vacuumed the carpet prior to cleaning and all I had to do was move anything I wanted him to clean under. My only complaint is that this was the second time my carpets have been cleaned (first time with this company) and certain corners still smell like cat urine even though I mentioned it to both companies. Oh well - my old cat was nasty and you can't smell it unless you put your face down there (or am I just too used to it now?). I'm sure Jason tried his best because the urine is really old and is probably in the pad. My carpets look fantastic though. Unfortunately 5 days after being cleaned my 3 year old threw up in the middle of the office and then peed in his bedroom 30 minutes later. Kids and pets - not sure if I'll have either again! We had our carpets cleaned by Stuart Quick Dry in July 2015, and the reason I have taken so long to post a review is that I wanted to make sure the stain removal was permanent. We have had experience with other carpet-cleaning companies when the carpets looked great--at first--but after a while "ghost" stains reappeared. In this case the stains are still gone, and we couldn't be happier. Jason did a great job, and was able to remove the great number of stains that had accumulated over many years. (I am embarrassed to say how many!) Jason was very gracious about helping us move some of our furniture and he never tried to upsell us. When he finished, we were concerned that the carpet would not dry quickly because there was a freak rainstorm that day. But we left the house for a couple of hours after he was finished, and when we got back the carpet was almost completely dry, with no odor at all. We chose Stuart Quick Dry because their process is safe for our pet birds, and because of all the great reviews we saw on Yelp. One thing you should know though, is that after the carpet dried it felt like it had a little residue on it. But that disappeared after vacuuming, so it's all good. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again. And this time we won't wait so long to get our carpets cleaned! read more

I've had some bad experiences with other carpet cleaning companies, so I figured let's give this one a try. I'm glad I did! I have off white berber carpet, which for anyone who has berber carpet knows it seems to trap the stains and is kinda hard to clean. I have a 4 year old, two dogs and a husband (lol) so the carpets take a pretty good beating. They were honestly terribly stained with random spots everywhere. I believe the guy who came to clean the carpets was the owner. He was on time and did a great job. The carpets for the most part looked brand new. He was quick but thorough. The tech showed up 30 minutes past the estimated time frame. 2. I wished they had communicated about the closet carpeting... they didn't include it in the service and I wish they had or at least let me know they were going to skip it. I would have gladly paid an additional fee to have the closets done if they had communicated that prior to me finding out after the guy left. My house was built in 1960, and the sale listing described a "luxurious den" added on in 1970. Every detail was said to be period correct, down to the "ruby red" carpet. The reality turned out not to be quite as deluxe. Of particular concern were the large mysterious stains dotting the carpet, as if the Brady Bunch all lounged around (in luxury) after some mud wrestling. I flipped through one of those coupon books that comes in the mail, and spotted a pretty sweet deal from this company. $79 for up to 900 sq. feet of carpet scrubbin'. You could pay an extra $79 to have 'em do the same for your couch. I gave them a call on Saturday, and they scheduled an appointment for that Tuesday. Mark, the owner, did the work himself. He was on time, charged exactly what I was quoted, and cleaned two big rugs for no extra charge, since the den didn't meet the maximum size allotment. (He also kicked in a free bottle of the carpet cleaner that he used.) But the kicker is how incredibly clean he got things. Wow! I can now see the gemlike qualities in that red carpet. (And the couch - which is also vintage - is actually a seafoam green color. I had...no idea.) Highly recommended! So incredibly pleased! read more

I always write great reviews and never complain it's important for the public to know get yelp opinion good and no so good. My initial contact was pleasant found in book of coupons comes to house. My impression from call was owner would arrive and do the review and facilitate since I expressed concern..instead a college young man alone arrived to do all on his own. He appeared to be working hard. Thought odd when steps were done by hand with towel. The machine used had a mop looking cloth. While the spray on the carpet was not toxic smell it did not seem to visibly show a clean carpet especially traffic areas. I left a message about my disappointment and did not hear back yet. I don't think this method of carpet cleaning was productive for me since carpet looks same and I never observed dirt coming up. I expressed during the time he was at my house.
