Accurate missed a plumbing issue that turned into an expensive water damage/mold issue. I wish I had found a licensed contractor or city inspector who can point out code violations and estimate repair costs. Beware that inspectors don't inspect plumbing very thoroughly, so you have to find a separate specialist for it. read more

I recently purchased a house in Livermore, and JT performed my home inspection. He was fantastic in every way. As other reviewers have mentioned, he was very attentive and patient with me. He walked me through all of the items he checked and potential issues he was looking for. He answered all of my questions and provided so much detail that I felt I knew every detail in the report before it arrived. Even though it was the Friday before a holiday weekend and he had another home to inspect before the end of the day, he did not rush through the inspection or make me feel like I was preventing him from finishing up his day. At the end of the inspection, the sellers' agent pulled me aside and told me how impressed SHE was with JT and how rare it was to have an inspector provide such great service.
