I have to warn you, try to get a price quote before you have them come to you for service. I…read moretrusted them to be fair with me and that was a huge mistake. My generator would fire but not continue to run. First they charged $175.00 just to show up. Then said I needed a new starter at $341.00 plus labor. (154.00 on Amazon and $150.00 thru Cummins). They replaced the carburetor which was brand new. (They only charged me for labor). after three trips to my house they took the generator out and took it with them and had it for over a month. Then replaced the belt pully on the flywheel. Next they replaced the brush block assembly, $102.00 ($89.00 on Amazon). Next, replaced the fuel pump with the wrong one, labor only. Total labor cost $1400.00. They were supposed to be knowledgeable with generators! I paid for their education and trail and error method of repairing and 8 hours of labor at $175.00 per hour not knowing what they were doing. The total bill was originally $2500.00 and I refused to pay that much. They settled for $2000 and the whole time it was only a $25.00 fuel pump. Should have been no more than $300.00 or $400.00 if they knew what they were doing.

Recently, I did major upgrades and minor repairs to my Thor Axis 24.1. The list was long and they completed the upgrades and repairs on time and slightly under the original estimate. My upgrades included a 1,920 Amp Hour LiFePO4 battery bank and a complete Victron electrical system. I upgraded my AC unit to a 18K Furrion Chill Cube Heat Pump. This Summer, it has kept the RV cool in the Hot Vegas heat. They also are fantastic at regular services like oil changes, tire changes, and other routine vehicle maintenance. During the visit, Bill informed my husband that he would check a few places for a replacement part. My husband followed up on Friday, June 20th, only to hear that Bill had been unable to find the part and would look at Home Depot. He mentioned that we might need to replace the entire shower faucet, but we haven't heard from him since, and now it's Monday, June 23rd. I don't mind waiting, but a lack of communication from a business is frustrating. In short, my husband managed to find a temporary part while we look for a more reliable service. Travelling enroute to California, our RV was having power issues just outside Vegas, and after…read morechecking all the so-called "great" reviews, we decided to get towed to the Auto Medic location in Henderson. First off, they're not 24 hours. We had to wait overnight at their shop to be seen. They performed a diagnostic, which took several hours, as the tech had to keep asking "Siri" about the engine, and how to perform certain tests. HUH?! They finally determined that our fuel injectors were toast, and as they couldn't just get parts for it, they would all need to be rebuilt. A couple of weeks and about $10,000 they said! They suggested we stay at an RV Park and they would come out the next day to start the process of removing the fuel injectors. Well, they didn't call, didn't show. But it was a damn good thing. We got the name of a recommended RV Service Centre in Vegas and took it there for their diagnostic. Nothing wrong with our engine or the fuel injectors. Just a sensor miscommunication. An absolute nightmare was averted because they didn't bother to show up. Thank God. They were ready to outright scam us on this "problem". If they took those injectors out, we'd still be there. After getting the all-clear from a reputable company, we continued on.. eventually driving over 6,000 miles without a fuel injector problem. They do not know what they are doing .. stay away!!! Especially if you're RVers passing through. They will take you $$$$.
