The right passenger door & fender got clipped pretty good. Process took 9 days to get fixed. That was from first coming here, through my insurance company getting an appraisal till the repairs were completed. Apparently they do business with several dealerships in the area. Cars are parked in several different lots in a block radius of this place. The owner named Paul walked me through this process. My insurance company wanted to put a used door in instead of a new one. Just minor incidentals he said and paying my deductible. A new one was put on as I had hoped for. Car looks and rides just like it did before hand. As I told him when inspecting it before leaving, just hope we don't have to meet up again anytime soon.

Only down sides: - prices have gone up a LOT as time goes by, but that is all over for garages in the metro area, thus an honest mechanic trumps prices IMO. - depending on the complexity of the repair, most times my car wasn't done on the day promised (he seems to take on a lot of jobs at once, and faced with street parking challenges), so I always assume to leave my car for a few days more and on a week I do not need the car as much.
