Had Ace Applicance located 23905 Clinton Keith Rd, Wildomar, CA 92592 951-698-6667. Had Mark come out contracted with Amerian Home Shield to look at our dishwasher. He said he needed order part and find out what part it was for our dishwasher. I asked what the part was and where it was located. He did not like the fact that I was asking questions about my dishwasher. Paid the service fee and he left. Just got a call from AHS to say that the man who had come out said he would not be able to finish the job. Hmmmm. Unprofessional business. Good luck if you use ACE APPLIANCE. I called Ace Appliances on Friday, June 24th about our leaking dishwasher at 2:45pm. The guy didn't return my call until Sunday evening. He said that he would be out to fix the problem on Monday morning. He was on time, installed a part, turned it on and he was gone out the door. The leaking has continued. He DIDN'T fix the Problem. He doesn't answer his phone until late afternoon or evening. Please, don't use this company! His work is Very Poor! His customer service is Awful. I took photos of his poor quality "work". I gave him NO stars, he didn't earn even one. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Sat around with no dishwasher for weeks. He "ordered a part" and never called or answered any phone calls again. The problem ended up being a fix with a knowledgable repair man (not from this horrid company). These people have no clue on how to do their on job. You are better off getting advice from home depot or lowes before coming here. Actually google may be better as well. read more

I read all the reviews for ace appliance and I could simply copy and paste my problem: Ace called to repair a dishwasher thru my home warranty, Fidelity Home warranty. Ace came out to fix the dishwasher and said they needed a part. Could take up to three weeks. They did install the part after numerous calls to prompt them to do so.Then the technician who installed the part could not get the dishwasher to function and he blamed me saying I had someone else work on the dishwasher, thus voiding the warranty. I told him I open the door, place dishes and soap and close the door. End game. There was no one else working on the machine. He was insistent that someone else had worked on the machine. In any case the machine did not work. He said he would write a report and talk to the home warranty folks. After three weeks and many calls involving hours on the phone, Ace still has not completed the report required to further warranty repairs. I have called the home warranty people who say they are waiting for Ace to fill out the report before they can authorize another company to fix the machine. I know Ace will not because they either do not know how to repair it or they won't. Either way I am washing dishes by hand and it is getting old. read more

Not very good customer service at all. They got sent out to my house through my home warranty and it was difficult to deal with them right from the beginning. The guy would call and say he could come to my house in 20 minutes and I would tell him that I needed at least an hours notice because I worked an hour away and then he would just say that he would have to call me back and then he would call the next day and do the same thing. Finally I got fed up and told him that he had to make me an actual appointment and he acted like I was a jerk. Then when he came in with the part for my microwave, he said it was a damaged part and that he would have to reorder and I never heard back from him again. I called the warranty company who seemed to have trouble getting a hold of him and I left messages on the business phone, but he never returned my calls. After about 3 weeks of run around BS, the home warranty had to send a new company out. I realize that when you need something repaired, you have to work around the companies schedule, but they should at least make an effort to make an appointment and give you some notice rather than calling out of the blue and saying they can be right over and then getting annoyed when you say it won't work because you are an hour away at work. Also, a company should always return calls and let the customer know the status.....I didn't even call for over a week, so it wasn't like I was bugging him 10x a day. read more

i will not use them ever again, was forced to use them because of home warranty, they went out and did nothing. told me they were going to replace the baskets if the insurance covered it and then told the warranty company that it did not need to be replaced. also never bother to call the warranty company for 2 weeks until i called to find out what was going on. Seriously, do NOT use this company!! If zero star were an option, that's what they'd get. I was assigned Ace Appliance through my home warranty company. I have never had any issues with assigned subcontractors until Ace Appliances. First off, the guy won't schedule an appointment with you further out than the night before. On late Sunday night he called for an appointment for 8am Monday morning. I told he I was only available Tuesdays or Thursdays, and I was told I couldn't schedule anything for those days so I'd get a call back Monday night. No call Monday so I called him around 8pm and was told he had called everyone and had no availability Tuesday. Uhmmm okay? I did receive a call Wednesday and got a Thursday appointment. The technician was prompt, not super friendly until I gave him his $75, but that's ok. He was here for about 10 minutes before saying he needed to order a part because the pump was out or it may be another part that's out (forget the name), but that the pump is the most common issue with the dishwasher. He left my dishwasher full of water that I had to go borrow a shop-vac to drain so it didn't start smelling. On the second appointment he "tried to remove my dishwasher" and said it was inaccessible because of my floors. My floors were here long before my dishwasher and the installers had no issue installing the dishwasher. I was then told that I would have to remove the dishwasher myself so he could replace the part. So I did just that. A person with absolutely ZERO experience working with or removing dishwashers was able to remove the thing within 25 minutes while watching a simple youtube video. It was at this point I realized he never even attempted to remove the dishwasher. Then once removed, I called on multiple occasions to get a third appointment so he could install the part. I never once got a call back. I left message after message, with no word. Finally I got my insurance company to send another company, Sears, who was here the same day and fixed the dishwasher within an hour and a half.. keep in mind the technician had to reconnect the entire unit because it'd been removed. There was no part needed, it was a simple clog. The service technician I had from Sears said his pervious appointment was from the same company not calling the client back either. I was out of a dishwasher for three weeks because of this company's complete disregard for their customer. I've filed a formal complaint with my warranty company because this guy is a total clown and is completely in it for the service call fee. You're literally better off trying to do it yourself than using this joke of a company. read more

I called to have them come out to fix a refridgerator and they told me they would be out on a Tuesday between 11:00AM and 1:00PM. I had to take the day off work. They called me at 1:00PM on Tuesday and said they had to go to an emergency water heater problem and they would call me later to give me a new time. They never called and I took the day off for nothing. read more

My service window was 11-1. I called at 1:15 to get an update. The employee said they would get in touch with the technician and call me back. Called them back at 2:51, left message. I had to leave to shuttle kids from school to after-school activities. Received a call at 3:31 saying they would be there within an hour. I informed them that I would be there in 30 minutes. Got to the house at 4:01 and they left a door hanger saying "sorry, they missed us". I don't believe they were sorry at all. Not a single apology for not communicating the delay or for not returning my call. The whole time it felt like I was lucky to have them. I'll tell you what, there are a lot of other companies that would love the opportunity and now they will get it! read more

I was very pleased with the service we received from Ace Appliance. Our service was also through a home warranty policy. I appreciated that even though I didn't report the problem until a Friday night I received a call on Sunday evening that they could come out the next day. The gentleman was very polite and explained the issues with my washer. Parts needed to be ordered but we were able to have a functioning washer before the end of the week. read more

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. Home warranty company sent them out. Explained the problem with my oven and all he did was reset the breaker and collect my deductible and left. Claimed he would call me back and never did. Called multiple times and no response. I called home warranty company to complain and he told them he had never heard from me which was a complete lie. Luckily, home warranty co sent Sears out and within a few days, I had a working oven again. This company is a joke. Have no idea how they stay in business. Seems to me the common denominator with reviews is if you go through the home warranty system. They get dinged by the insurance company if repairs exceed a certain amount, so they want to make sure the problem is all you. I called Old Republic regarding an issue we have with our dishwasher. Over and above the fact they did not call to set up an appointment until the insurance company called them, the service person was condescending and flat out talked to me like I was a moron. Every issue with the dishwasher was because I didn't understand how it worked. Now I have lived in this house and used this dishwasher for 5 months, and obviously this recent change in the way it operates is because it is cold outside. Even if this is so, they don't call back when they say they will, they have terrible customer service skills and the problem is all me. When I think back about the conversations I have had with this company, it is absolutely crazy. If I have an appliance issue in the future, you can be sure I will NOT call this company. They are horrible. I am sorry I didn't check YELP before I agreed to let them come out. One other thing worth mentioning.... I don't complain about too many businesses unless it is over the top horrible. This is one of them. read more
