Found this business in my local telephone directory. I have only lived in Hemet for over a year. I focus on calling locally family owned businesses when I need repairs. Out of the blue my Frigidaire washer stopped filling water to the tub. I called this business yesterday. Today Scott one of their techs called and came to check the washer. He was very professional. Of course it worked when he touched the washer. He put it on the low water level and it worked. He thought the machine thought there was water in the tub on the high level. He said that it will probably never happen again. We had to pay the minimum service charge of $79.95 but that it is ok. We will have a 30 day warranty if it happens again. Never, never. These guys are just plain crooks. I gave them an $80 deposit on a part for my washing machine on 6/4. Promised it would be fixed within 4 days. I called twice and was basically told don't call us, we'll call you when the part comes in. I got tired of waiting 2 weeks ago and bought a new washer. I didn't call them as I wanted to see how long it would take for them to call me. They never did! I called them on 6/30 to request a refund. On 7/1 the tech called to say he's sorry, he does have the part. I called the owner and told him I have a new washer and would like a refund. Basically, I was told to pound sand. Never again! False advertising. I was told I would receive service on a Thursday, technician called late in the day to say he couldn't make it. Rescheduled for early Saturday morning. Did not come till 1100. Technician was specifically told not to come on the property due to dogs, with a prominent sign on gate Beware of dog. Technician came onto the property and into my home without warning. Was charged twice as much as the same repair (replaced water pump on washer) I had last year. Unfortunately could not find my previous repair man's card. Due to having already taken off work and needing to use the appliance I went forward with the repair. When I tried to discuss my disatisfaction with the owner, he was unavailable. 1 Star was given due to the part was replaced. Do not use this service. read more

Called the appliance doctor early Thursday morning and that afternoon they were out at my house. Not having a lot of money at the time they gave me numerous options to get my refrigerator fixed without spending a whole lot of money. I called on a Monday evening to get service for a garbage disposal. They called back, and said they could possibly come out Wednesday at 4:30. I rushed home from work to be there, waited until 6 pm, finally called them. Got a call back that they coudln't make it but would try for Thursday at 5. Rushed home again. no show. Said they would call, or if not would come out Friday at 3:30. again, no show, no call. Finally went to another source and called to let them know I was disappointed. the message on the phone said they were closed until Monday! Wouldn;'t recommend them for anything. I called to get an appointment to get my washer repaired. He assured me he would be at my house between 1-5 pm the next day. He never showed and I wasted half my day sitting at home. I called and left a voicemail saying I would no longer be needing his services. He called back and left a voicemail stating he had been stuck on a job somewhere else. Great service, honest and not there to gouge you like a lot of other companies would. Very considerate of our situation of our freezer not staying cold and drove our of his way to go get the part and come back quickly so we did not lose all our food and actually took a small discount off the original price for not having the part on the truck. All of this on a Saturday by the way, because not everything breaks between Monday and Friday 8-5. If any appliance in our house breaks again, I will definitely be calling Appliance Doctor. Appliance Doctor is awesome! Our dryer was squeaky and upon investigation, found out that there was a minor fire inside the dryer, so they gave it a moving parts overhaul which fixed both issues and made it work like new! I called Appliance Doctor around 11:30am about a washing machine repair. I explained what the problem was - was asked a few questions and was told they would try to fix the problem today but definitely by tomorrow. I received a call back that they would be by within the hour. They arrived at the door in uniforms ( their Appliance Doctor work shirts,etc...) and introduced themselves. I showed them where the washing machine was and they diagnosed the problem right away - stating "it would be an easy fix". They were professional, polite, courteous, and hardworking! The price was reasonable and came with a 1 year warranty. I would recommend that you call this company for any appliance repair you may have. read more

ZERO STAR service. Made appt a week in advance for today, Sat. 8/22/15. Company gave me a time window of 9 am to 12. They never showed, and did not call to cancel or say they're running late. I called the company at 12:45 and left a message that no one showed up. It's 5:21 pm on Sat . Still haven't heard from the company. If you have to be at home during their appt window time frame, then no harm as you would have been there anyway; however, if not, then you might think twice about setting an appt with this company. read more
