Madrice quoted an estimate based on a salvaged door and refinishing the sheet metal for 1/3 the first estimate. When we found the replacement door had a defective impact sensor buried inside, Madrice offered to pull the sensor from the old door at no cost. Then he found that Chevy had changed sensor and the wiring harness connectors didn't match. He offered to swap the wiring too, which was more involved and needed extra labor - he contacted me and got my approval first - no surprises, and he had it ready the next day. The car looks great. Madrice was professional and supportive throughout and I'd be happy to work with him and Outlaw Auto again.
