The payment is still 'pending until merchant finalizes it' so I'm hoping the amount doesn't change. Definitely take a picture of your receipt and look through your items thoroughly as other reviews says they were overcharged or was added extra stuff. PLEASE check your receipt thoroughly because they have a tendency to overcharge either for more than what you ordered or charge higher on something than the price that is on the menu. On top of that, they don't accept cards- only cash or Zelle. Super sus. They also illegally sell big helium balloons that you can suck on to experience hypoxia. It also smells really bad inside the moment we stepped in I secretly whispered to one of my friend I rather be at AUM or Soju Belly. Think twice before dining here. I attempted to try this place out with a friend on a Saturday night and as soon as we walked in, one of the workers went to the back and came back quick to tell us that the place was all booked. Explain to me how the palace is booked when you only have 2 tables of people with barely 10 customers. Supposedly the worker said it's reservation only. How are you going to be all booked at 920 pm when you close supposedly at 11pm and you only have about 10 customers. Don't go here, total waste of time. The staff are disorganized here. 2 people from our group asked 2 different waiters if we can be seated. We asked if it's 1st come 1st service or waitlist. She was like idk. I asked another dude about it and he said he doesn't know and doesn't work here. But later they tried to give a table away, but I noticed the lady had written a waitlist on back of receipt, so she did know there a waitlist. Luckily, we told we've been waiting for 45 mins to be seated and they gave us the table. The drinks here are good. People come here for the NOS, so for 2 balloons it's $20. I came here on a Saturday night for a table of 6. Luckily, they had one table left for us that wasn't reserved. I enjoyed this spot because it has a lot of good EDM music. The music is way too loud if you want to have a conversation. I noticed that a lot of people in their 30s come here dress up to go to a club, but my group are in our 20s and we just dressed casually. I was imagining how this spot would be a place that my mom (40s) and her friends would go to. My table ordered a lychee mixed soju, 2L blue moon, roasted pork fried rice, and French fries. The guys in my group wanted 3L of blue moon, but they ran out of the 3L dispenser. The lychee soju is sweet and good. The food was really good! The portions are big and perfect for sharing! I didn't like how we weren't given water at first and had to constantly asked for refills. We also had to ask for beer cups cause we weren't given any when the beer came out. For everything plus gratuity, the bill came to $86. This is pretty cheap for alcohol and food! read more

Cool new beer club in OC. Reminiscent of the beer club bars in Vietnam and similar to a hip quan nhau. Lively atmosphere, loud edm music, beer towers all around and can get crowded. Growing up in Little Saigon, it's hard not to be familiar with quan nhau (Vietnamese pubs/bars/drinking establishments) even if you're not Vietnamese... I mean, who doesn't like loud music, fried food, and cheap beer? Ace Beer Club is not just reminiscent of the beer clubs you'd find in Southeast Asia: you're basically transported back to Asia when you're here! While I was caught off guard by how truly LIT this place is on the weekends, I was surprised to find a raucous crowd even on a Wednesday night. After ordering the requisite beer tower to pair with the peach and apple-flavored sojus, I ordered butter garlic wings, grilled ribs, and beef on eggplant salad. Everything was... okay. We mainly got food. And it was pretty bomb. I love onion rings so had to get that and I couldn't believe it was garlic onion rings. Garlic and onions.. Went here on Saturday night on 9/21/19. My girlfriend and I went here around 10PM. We have not been and since its close to home. It could be a good place to drop by for a drink or two. You will ned to raise your voice here. The ambiance was also striking, with laser and globes lighting. Very Vietnamese, something you can expect from a "Vietnamese lounge." We were greeted and was asked how many. We replied with two. She immediately stated that they were fully booked for the night. Another couple also was behind us maybe she thought we were a group of 4. A quick survey of the restaurant disclosed that it was only half empty (or is it half full?) Most of the tables are occupied by groups and a few by 4 or less. The inference here is that they do not want to sit a couple, but would rather serve groups of 4 or more. Mind you, there were plenty of tables and they could have sat us at the end of a table. So if there is only two of you, and planning on going here on a weekend night. Don't do it. You will left puzzled with why they denied your business when the place was half empty. At minimal poor communication, customer service. And at worst, poor business acumen. Denying customers who are ready and willing to give you their business in hopes of obtaining a larger group through the night. My favorite part about chicken legs personally is sucking the juicy skin off the bones, but this dish was just INCONVENIENTLY awful. We ended up leaving the entire plate. DO NOT ORDER!! - [Oysters 6 ways]: Again, another aesthetically appealing dish but overall just tasted awful. The combinations just did not go well with the oysters at all. For a place that is named "Beer Club" you would think theres a huge selection of beers, but on the contrary. You have quite a small selection (Heineken, Corona, etc.). I was trying to plan a birthday party, and (other than ACE Beer Club) it was hard to find a restaurant that would accept a large party, allow us to make a reservation, have a live DJ, let us bring in our own cake, store the cake for us, and allow members of the party to be late! A lot of restaurants are strict on the reservation policy and enforce that the whole party be present before getting seated, but the workers at ACE Beer Club are super nice and flexible! The manager Peter is also amazing and very accommodating, I kept bothering him about changing of number of people in our reservation and he was so understanding! The atmosphere was also very fun and lively, I would highly recommend ACE Beer Club. read more
