They also had Lowe's Professional Installation team, which is a 3rd party contract service provided by Seattle Blinds and they came out and did all the measurements prior to consultation and then once my products arrived at home, I just had to schedule them to come out and install them in. All payments done thru Lowe's and it was hassle-free for me. I like that Lowe's provide free consultation and estimates for various home improvements projects such as HVAC, plumbing that can be pricey, you can ask about different products and whether you feel their service price is high/average, it still gives you good starting point what to expect for estimate. We got a massive tree at a very reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and it had the same smell as the hardware store I used to go to for popcorn when I was a kid. The only down side, and it isn't much of one, is I wish they trimmed the tree when you bought it. When we got home we had to do a little snipping in our apartment to take care of stray branches.
