This company is moraless, scanless, ruthless. They give false and misleading pitches. They try to sale snap-on tools but they are blue point. The way they treat the employees. They lie to them. They are promised raises if you do well. They never follow through. They lie about the training period. The new employees never gets there commission. They company keeps and uses for itself or gives it to other employees who have never worked hard or for that matter, deseve or earn that money. This company has a lot of false info on their products. These people have been harassing my husband They called 22 times in a half hour because of bill for $80 from 4 years ago. They were rude and obnoxious. Taunted my husband. They claimed they sent a bill but we've never seen it. He repeatedly told them to send a bill and they refused. I am so angered by this. My husband is a hard working man who doesn't deserve this treatment. He contacted Ace directly to try and figure it out and they guy told him he was going to triple the bill!?!??? What kind of bs is that? These people are rude, con artists. When he did tell them he wasn't satisfied with the part, and he was going to return the part. complete scam. They drop ship junk from china. I was contacted by a guy who called himself "Diamond blade Dave" (a stoned retired skateboarder) and said he had saw blades that lasted 6 times longer than normal blades. He wanted me to try them and if I liked them I would pay for them. Before they even got to my house I was receiving collection calls. When they arrived the blades where $9.00 Diablo knock offs with a $50.00 price tag. I told them to send me a return label I wasn't even going to try them. It has been two months I keep getting bills. I was told I had to pay for the return. I refused and then was told to stand outside and if I seen a ups truck to flag them down and see if the driver would help me return them with no label. Yes a girl named Brooke actually told me to do this. I refused again. This is a cool company with a lot of great employees. They continue to hire through the bad economy. I know people who have made purchases with them after being offered a lot of free products and deals during the recession and they were happy with the stuff they received. Salesman offered to send drill bits on an open account that came with a "lifetime guarantee." Seeing as they didn't ask for my credit card I accepted and a set of bits appeared on my door and actually worked out very well. I even got the replacement bits after some had dulled. These guys provide concierge service to my farm where I cannot go shopping at Home Depot. Their products are incredible and way cheaper in price than Snap On tools.
