I received a call from this company. At first I was skeptical because business over the phone is like business on the internet because you don't know what you're going to get until you get. I heard the salesman out and decided to try it out. I ordered the Contractor's variety pack. It was some of the Snakebite blades, some of the multitool blades, some 6 and 9 inch sawzall blades and a Metal Cutting blades. I ran them and was actually quite impressed with the quality. He was selling saw blades and when I explained that I was really needing grinder wheels, he had no problem finding exactly what I needed at a fair price. Bare with me but I don't want people to get taken advantage of. Working here is a scheme. I was working for the company about two months before they fired me for not hitting "sales quota". They used manipulation tactics and encourage you to dial the phone all day and read the pitch. First you are given leads to call that are easy buyers. After you've had success they switch you onto a lead website that is over saturated with names and numbers of companies that are outdated and full of angry or repeat buyer prospects so you can't hit the sales quota after that. Here's the kicker, while this isn't the main reason you are set up to fail here and it all falls on the sales managers. For example, the sales managers would constantly tell myself and and new guys, "Don't worry about hitting quota, as long as you are pitching with enthusiasm then I don't care about that." Ironically, they make it easy for you to hit your sales quota the first month with the easier leads then they give the harder outdated leads when you absolutely need to quota. Reverse psychology tactics are what the sales managers used. As someone who showed up to work everyday on time for 8 weeks straight and gave a full effort, I still tried my best to hit quota every week. The sales managers would also say, "I don't really count whether you are hitting your sales quota during the first month but I start counting after the first month." So I came in about the same time as some other new trainee who I know didn't make any quota the first month he worked there, as opposed to me when I came in my first month I hit quota every week. They still kept that guy and they fired me because this all comes down to favoritism. The new people and the trainees they like are given sales off of people that won't make the sales quota for the week and because of that the sales manager makes bonuses off of that. The people that are favored feed off of the ones they don't want to keep. The ultimate deception here would be when I would be given a weekly sales sheet recording the sales I made and "adjusted sales" on it. I was told that "adjusted sales are when the customer you made the sale to decided to "void" the order therefore this what you actually made." In reality, those supposed "voids" were actually sales being taken from me and given to the favored new people and trainees. In total I had $2,787 dollars taken from and given to other people. I have photo proof of this and wish I could post it. I fell for a scheme and hope the next person doesn't. read more

I had a salesman call me and offer to sell me some high quality Sawzall blades on a 30 day invoice to start. I was very skeptical to telemarketers to begin with. Against my better judgment, I placed an order. The blades arrived to me about a week later and I tried them and they were actually very high quality. After I paid my bill, I received another call to buy more tools, but refused this time. The salesman backed off and told me "we'll get em next time." About a month later I received another call for another promotion and they gave me a free Milwaukee tool for a purchase of blades. The Milwaukee was fantastic and the blades were good too. Keep calling me about a supposed invoice stating I purchased product from them in 2013, yet won't provide proof that I purchased it than a randomly generated invoice. How do you give these guys a negative million stars? They are the poster child and exemplify the worst of what a business should be. I am ashamed that they are even in these United States of America. High pressure sales, high shipping costs and ZERO customer service after the fact. I bought a drill index of twist drills from them. The quality was outstanding, American made drills. No problems at all with the product except I can find equal products locally less or go on line and save about 1/2 of what I paid. The only reason I decided to purchase from them was that they PROMISED me that they would replace any dull or broken bits. Since I am in the Locksmith business I drill a lot of holes in to all kinds of materials and I go through a lot of drill bits. I was willing to pay more for something if I was going to get them replaced and all I had to do was call them. I am in a service business so I can appreciate a good service and do not mind paying for it. YOU WILL NOT GET GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I have made no less than 10 phone calls and emails and when you do get someone they are "friendly" and they give you their extension and say that they will handle it immediately and you never hear back and the drill bits never show up. I only wished I had paid with a credit card so I could open a claim or dispute the charges. Next trip to Southern California I may just stop by for a personal visit... Stay away far away. read more

This company is awful ,they called my husband back after being told months ago not to call us back, this time they tell him they have a top of the line 3/4 impact and a set of extra large drill bits he needed. So he says ok send it the price agreed to on the phone was 600 some odd dollars, we get the order it has the invoice of 860.80, i looked up the impact on google the same impact sells for 169.00 thru sears their price on the invoice was 499.90, the set of drill bits i found on Ebay for 84.90 ,their price on the invoice was 199.90..this is not the only bad experience we have had my husband gave them a chance again but not any more. The stuff was put back in the box and shipped right back to them . I called them told them it was being sent back dont call us again because they are ripping people off. The man said, well sounds like maybe they need to research their prices better ,i said ya, you think?? another time we payed with our bank card and ten days later they pulled the full amount again from our account ....so they received a money order because i had the bank cancel both transactions...if there was a zero star rating that would be my pick for this low life company! read more

one of the sales people from Ace Industrial Supply inc called a phone number in Central Iowa. Ace Industrial Supply thought they were talking to the owner of JR Homes of Iowa. This company went out of business 14 years ago. They shipped tools to a house construction site which is a home we had started to build. This started in early April 2019. I have been trying to get a return label from them since early April 2019. This is late June 2019. Seven times they said they sent the return label. I have never received a label. The first conversation with them I asked them to mail me a label. They said they did that also. I keep watching for it but has never come. Mike and a John from the company keep threatening me and lying to me about sending labels and returning phone calls. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They argue with me on the phone and tell me I am the one who ordered the tools. I am 66 years old and had open heart surgery the end of March 2019. I can't even lift the box due to surgery restrictions. I am retired and have no need for their low grade tools. read more
