I went in person to make a reservation the evening before since they weren't answering their phone. However, you may just be able to walk in, depending on how busy they are that day. They said you usually don't have to make a reservation for a day pass, but it is subject to availability...so do what you will with that info! Their pool, hot tub, and cold plunge are outdoors with loungers and a beautiful view of the ocean. I do wish there was more shade since I didn't like that I had to be in the sun. It would be more ideal if the hot tub were indoors but that's just personal preference. Indoors, they have lockers, showers, a steam room, and a hot dry sauna. Water and clean towels were plentiful. They also have a relaxation room with couches and snacks/tea. They offered vegan lemon mini muffins which were moist and delicious as well as various nuts and banana chips. I found the amenities to be decent and the robes were plush. The staff was very professional and courteous. I did not opt for a massage or facial or any of their services this time but I would definitely come back and do so in the future.

Some places only use a couple of stones throughout the massage, so I appreciated the extra stones. I left feeling much lighter and less tense, and I ended up sleeping incredibly well that night.
