Great place for burgers, fries and cheese curds! That's exactly what I ordered and it didn't miss...5 out of 5! The service and staff were great and helpful with suggestions! The burger was super flavorful and I love me some cheese curds! These cheese curds were fried (State Fair Style) and they were so good and gooey! They have seating available inside at tables and bar counters, along with seating outside at the patio tables. It's a great place with modern touches and wall art with Harriet info. Harriett's Hamburgers Isa really nice addition to the Concord Mills area. Prior to this new location we frequented Harriett's at Optimist Hall. They primarily sell a few key burgers. The OG and the Royale. The main difference is the sauce (and a few extra toppings on the Royale. They have signature sauces that packs a lot of flavor to your burger. We got the 4 pack so we could try all of them. Delish! The inside has a fun vibe. Love the green and white focus. They cook the burgers only a few feet behind the counter. It took longer than the other typical fast food locations. I believe they cook the burgers fresh everytime. The fries and cheese curds are really good you have to try them! read more

Harriett's is probably my fav burger spot in the city, I've been a huge fan of their Optimist Hall location for years. So, I was SO excited to hear they were opening a location so close to me. We went and checked them out shortly after opening and I love the look and vibe of this location. There's lots of seating, merch and some fun new items coming soon. I got my usual cheeseburger and fry meal and it was as good as it always has been!!! I'm a simple girl! All I ask for from my husband is a nice burger spot to satisfy my high-end dining needs - and Harriet's Hamburgers is the BEST burger I've had in CLT! This location is new to the Concord area and it has plenty of parking, and located near Concord Mills. It's absolutely amazing! The staff makes everything fresh to order and it's so satisfying. I come every few weeks. This location is brand new and its very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and efficient! Great new burger joint. There are only 2 burgers on the menu. I personally like not having a ton of items to choose from. I know the restaurant recently opened and having a full staff is essential, but when we walked in, there were so many young teenagers behind the small kitchenette area standing around without anything to do. It seemed as if they were overstaffed. IIt looked and felt awkward. They were just standing around looking lost. This was my first time ever having a Harriets burger. For me, this was the best burger I've had from any restaurant. It was cooked perfect, not dry, tasted like real meat with fresh toppings. The fries were just ok. The cheese curds were hot and fresh, but..they were greasy. I dont think they let the grease drain after cooking. They were still really good tho. This will definitely be my go to spot for a burger and cheez curd fix. read more

Special shout out to Nicole whom I noticed was accommodating a dad with an autistic boy whom was bothered with the noise. Nicole brought the meal to their car. Kudos! This location is doing all the right things to continue to bring customers in the door. From the time you arrive you greeted with a smile and a willingness to make your experience the best it can be. The OG burger is our go to for the fresh pickles and creamy white American cheese. The fries are also great with the sauce sampler. We tried the cheese curds this visit and they were just ok. I believe we just had a bad batch that had been overcooked and had busted open, sticking together. read more

We've been long anticipating the opening of Harriett's, we've heard such great things about these burgers and have been wanting to try them out! My son was the one to let me know when they finally opened, because he's been keeping up with progress since they broke ground! I wanted to give them a few weeks after grand opening to get their groove and also to let the hype die down. We went on a Wednesday at around 4 pm. They weren't busy at all, we were able to walk in and order. They place seemed clean for the most part and a bit over staffed, as there were kids just hanging around just having conversation amongst themselves. The cashier was pleasant and took our order with no issues. I thought to myself $10 for a burger with no sides or drink, this burger better be good! We sat as our order was being prepared, they're is limited seating on the inside, so probably not the best for big groups, although they do also have limited outdoor seating a well. I received a text saying my order was ready, I was so confused on where my order was, walked up to two employees just chopping it up, trying their very best to not make eye contact with me, I had to interrupt their conversation and let them know that I was notified that my order was ready, only for them to tell me it was still being prepared.... Why was I notified that it was ready when it was not? I walked back to my seat and expected them to bring it to me when it was ready, a few minutes passed and they looked at me and started shouting my name for my order, after the 3rd call out, I motioned for the young man to bring me my food, and he did. I got all the way home and noticed that they forgot to include the juice for my son's kid meal, this is what I mean by there is always something to do, they need to work on prepping orders properly instead of just standing around having social hour... I called the restaurant like 5 times to let them know they forgot to include the juice box, and they never answered. I had to go back to the store to let them know. I ordered the OG burger, omitted the onion added lettuce and tomato which they charged me for.... The burger was okay, nothing to ride home about. My son got the cheeseburger kids meal which comes with a side and a juice box. I tried some of his fries and they were really good. I think 5 guys is most def better within the same price range. Run, don't walk -- this place is a must-try! We've been counting down the days since the news broke that they were opening a location here in Concord, and it did not disappoint. The food was just as incredible as we've come to expect from their Optimist Hall spot -- flavorful, fresh, and worth every bite. For us, this is easily one of the best burger spots on the East Coast. Coming from the West Coast, In-N-Out has always been our go-to, and we've always had a soft spot for Shake Shack -- but this place just hits different. It has that classic, no-frills burger vibe with unbeatable flavor that keeps us coming back. They're also planning to serve their amazing in-house beer, Lucy Lager, along with some fun bubbly options (I'm not as familiar with those, but curious to try them!). They're listed as "coming soon," so it looks like they're just waiting on the official license -- definitely something to look forward to. There were a couple of small first-day hiccups (our daughter's kids meal was missing a drink), but that's to be expected with any new opening and definitely not the norm based on our past experiences. We tried Harriet's after hearing all the hype! The Good: The service was top tier! We were immediately greeted and the wait time to order was minimal. The burgers were really good, seasoned well, cooked well, and huge. The fries were good and average. The star of the show was the cheese curds and the cane sugar soda. The Not So Bad: the cheese curds are divine BUT they were mad greasy and for $6.95, there wasn't enough for the price. The ambiance is upbeat but there's nowhere to sit on the inside. The interior reminds you of a sock hop which is cute but the seating options are limited unless you want to sit outside. The prices: For three adults, we had burgers, fries, cheese curds, and drinks. Total was $55. Pricey for sure. Overall, it was great and we'll be back! read more

I can't deny it. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. BUT the price is ridiculous. I won't be going here often. $10.00 for a basic hamburger is stupid. Overpriced fries..nothing special about a few fries for 3.95. Drinks are crazy expensive (4.95)..and didn't even have tea. McDonalds don't have to worry about them putting them out of business. I was happy to finally get in and try this place. I got the OG burger with no bun. Employee suggested that I get it on a bed of shredded lettuce, since they do not have lettuce wraps. Glad I did, it was really good. The fries were fresh and crispy. I did get the sauce flight. I only like the ranch and the garlic aioli, the other 2 did not have much flavor. This place has loads of hype so I decided to try it out. The interior is bright and clean and new, ample napkins and condiments at the tables and the place is clearly fully staffed, however it's quite small inside and there wasn't a table for me to sit at despite it not being very busy. Now for the food. Much to my dismay this was literally the worst burger I've had in my life and it was over $20 for the meal. I don't think it's right to give a restaurant a 1 star review without going into detail so I'm gonna go into some detail here about why I didn't like it. The patty had this weird gamey taste, I can't quite describe it but it was very off putting and it had an awful, congealed texture. The patty texture reminded me of when you pull food out of a sous vide prior to searing it. I think they heavily salted the patty prior to cooking which prevented it from getting a sear and left it with this awful texture and taste. Truly I am not exaggerating I have never in my life had a worse tasting burger. The bun was not toasted so it got soggy quickly, maybe a mixture of their chopped red onions and sauce being on the bottom of the burger caused this. The fries on their menu are listed as "crispy fries" if I'm not mistaken and they were below-average at best. Probably 3/4 of the fries were soggy, they were not double fried or anything indicating extra crispiness, they're just plain regular fries. Also they weren't salted sufficiently. Credit where it's due the service was good. Also admittedly their soda is top-tier. I would get their cola every day if they had a drivethru but I will not be returning for their food again. read more

Phenomenal, I came on my lunch break expecting an okay experience. I was wrong, the burgers are extremely good. I tried the Royale, and I definitely recommend. The cheese curds were amazing as well, usually most of the time I'm not a fan as they come out subpar but Harriett's had it down. The sodas are craft, and the patties themselves are fresh and taste homemade. Overall, that combined with the charity side of the business and extremely attentive and friendly staff made my experience very positive. read more
