    It was affordable at $29 per day plus tax for 2 days for a total of $97 unless there are any issues. The place is 24/7 and there is a shuttle that is called on demand by phone so you can drop off anytime and pick up anytime and the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off as soon as you ask. They only took 5 min to bring the shuttle to me at the support as soon as I called. They recommend that you arrive to the rental car to drop off your car at least one and a half hours before your flight. The shuttle gets off exit 24th avenue (exit 2A) off 494 West. The shuttle takes only 4 min by driving. Scott the shuttle driver was very friendly and nice and informative and helped me know what the deal was. Once I arrived at the office from MSP airport the staff were friendly also and calm with 80s music that was not loud but present enough to have some background noise. I can't handle blaring music. Hannah and Laura were nice and got me the car and informative. Thank you Ace! My first experience of Ace was a pleasant one. The only difficulty I had was at the airport because they weren't any signs initially because it's a little different from the other rental cars where it's directly at the airport, but because Ace has a shuttle to get to the offices and the rental car pick up, it's a little tricky because it's offsite. There should be signs at the airport, but there are not, but once you get to ground transportation from baggage claim you have to go upstairs from baggage claim once you arrive and then look for signs for ground transportation and then you go downstairs and the ace office will have a phone for you to call for the shuttle to send you offsite. And the shuttle van is clean and nice.

Enterprise showed up late to the drop off location and with another car that was much smaller than I am able to drive due to my height and back issues. Jimmy acted like because they were busy that permitted him to rent out the vehicle I specifically called and requested. No option was provided for me to make payment to solidify my exact reservation. The branch manager Jake then chimes in on the conversation stating that no specific car make or model could be guaranteed which is completely understandable, but this was never disclosed to me to any capacity by Jimmy beforehand. Enterprise dropped the ball big time and had to call around to other locations to find me a comparable vehicle which took an additional hour plus out of my schedule/travel time of my day. I would think twice and reconsider before renting from this specific location. I am loyal to Enterprise for my rental needs, but not loyal to inconsistencies with business practices in what is conveyed to customers versus what actually is company policy.

Absolute worst rental experience we've ever had was with this particular Sixt. Specifically the manager Tori was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever worded with. She left dozens of ppl stranded with no rentals after giving away all the reversed rentals. Causing dozens of people to be stranded at the Sixt airport at 1am. Her entire staff was disrespectful to every single customer. She made my children cry and left elderly handicapped people and small children stranded in an airport and told them she didn't care. Spoke down to them and belittled them. I hope she is never allowed to treat people this way again and something is done about her and her employees callus attitude. after reading more reviews it seems this is an on going issue and Sixt has allowed this disgusting behavior from their employees. Stop all the extra fees and renting people a car but when they get to the rental station up sale them and charge more money. Rental cars in Sixt is a scam! Horrible customer service. Had a car confirmed and then they said it wasn't available when I arrived but they conveniently had another available for just $100 more. They have a 1 rating for a reason. Employees could care less here.

I know for sure I was not the one to cause the damage, but had no way to prove it. Either way $650 is ridiculous to fix a rim. For sure won't rent here again womp womp 0/10 If you read this review and still decide to rent from them...take photos of the car once you rent it! Would've saved me a lot.

Called 7/9 and spoke to Michael at Richfield hertz location who advised another location picked up the car on 7/8 and charged from 7/4-7/8 in error. He also said that I would get a credit of 55 showing a return on the 4th. Asked him if the $55 was coming off the actual charge or the pending charge and I wanted to confirm the total amount I should have been charged as should only be 20% for 10 days so about 84.48. He said he doesn't have the info on what I'll fully be charged only what I'll be credited and advised I had to call the hertz billing number. He was extremely rude during our transaction.

He was absolutely fantastic and personable. He even provided me with a cell in case I was running behind Saturday on my return. I waited about 15 minutes that night through the line. I was supposed to have a Chevy Malibu and was upgraded (complimentary) to a Mazda CX-50. Car had 23,000 miles and was in decent shape. I put almost 500 miles on that car over the 23 hours. No issues with the car. Car return was a breeze. Fast/efficient. I wish all car rental experiences were like this.

I picked up my car without having to go to the counter early in the morning in Minneapolis and I just went straight out to the garage. That was a nice touch. I took a video of the outside of the car with my phone, noting any blemishes marks or dings as I didn't want to be charged for them when I brought the car back , I highly recommend using your phone camera to video the car. Then when you return it, you can show them what you took when you were there, renting it. I really appreciate Sean helping me at the gate. He checked my license and my registration number to make sure I have the right kind of car. And he even left the booth to come around to the car to help me connect my Bluetooth with the digital computer system , it wasn't hard. It was just tricky understanding the system in the car. For instance, I would've thought it was connected to the entertainment section, but it was actually through the communication category in the computer system in the car. Upon returning the car, I met up with Tony who was nice and personable asking me questions about my trip instead of just seeing me as another renter. It made me feel at ease that I was in the right place. Driving in was kind of confusing in that garage. It's dark inside the garage and I've never been there before. I showed him my concern since the car was brand new, with the console in the middle between the seats in the front because it seemed like a piece was missing. The car had very low miles, and I'm sure whoever put the car together at the factory forgot the piece. Anyways I showed it to him and he said he would get it taken care of and I wouldn't be charged for it. It was like that when I rented it but I didn't and discover it until I was hundreds of miles away during my trip. I must say I drive a Tacoma pick up in my daily driving, and this car was a lot of fun to drive. It was the smaller version of the larger CX30, and newer and it looked really good on the inside and outside. Classy! The only thing I didn't like about it was it seem like it didn't have a very big gas tank, and I was filling it up often on my trip up to Lake superior to the North Shore and through the town of grand Marais. All in all I was pleased with Alamo, especially the exceptional customer service of Sean at the checkout gate on July 3rd and the very helpful return service with Tony. From Arizona, first time to Minneapolis and renting a car on my own and driving up to Duluth, and then all the way up to grand Maras, on the North Shore of Lake superior, I trusted Alamo and felt like I was in good hands using that car. And that car took very good care of me!

When we got to the rental car area, Budget/Avis was the only company with a line. There was ONE person working. They know how many rentals there are as we tell them our flight information upon booking. We waited 1.5 hours to get to the counter and receive our car rental information. That is absolutely ridiculous, frustrating and outrageous. We paid the higher price to book a Suburban "or similar" as it specifically said there was more room for luggage. We did not get a suburban or even something similar. It was a cramped Infinity with nowhere near enough room for our luggage. We had to put one on the backseat in between my two adult aged kids and another one on the console in the middle row between me and my mom. (See photos) Gosh I'm getting worked up thinking about our terrible situation. The car had a horrendous, ANNOYING loud sound the entire time we drove it. No expensive luxury car should sound like that. Not to mention, there was a lot of damage and scratches, etc to the car. I was sure to take video and pictures just in case after the fact, they try to say that we did it. NEVER AGAIN will I rent from Budget.
