I havent even started getting my car tinted but make me wanna reconsider after reading some of the reviews. I agree with the bad reviews i read. I'm currently sitting in my car at their parking lot waiting, ive been here twice now today and yesterday. I left their shop yesterday because they dont even try to entertain you or approach you if u have any question. I came back at 8am and still noone bother to ask me if i need any help. The guy I believe he's the head/boss sounds so rude in person and even on the phone. I bought a deal on Groupon, and I literally just cancelled it just now as we speak. I dont want to take any risk. I'm glad i was able to cancel my order from groupon lol thats good news. But yeah, careful guys you may see it as a good shop with 4 stars but it doesnt mean they're good. Explore ur options. I would give this place no stars, came to get my windows tinted, they rush the fuck out of this job this a job. On top of that they dinged my brand new car. Very disappointed with with place. The owner told me it didn't happen there but yet he has liike 10 cars in a garage, what happened to social distancing. Great tint at a great price! Found them through groupon and saw that they had a $90 deal for all the windows (excluding windshield) of a 4 door car, including the hatch. Called in to make sure this also covered the small little quarter windows on my car. Guy on the phone said there was no need to buy the groupon because it's the same price at the shop. Tint took 45 minutes and looks good! It's been a few days and there are MINISCULE bubbles but they're not really noticeable to the naked eye. Fine with me! They have plenty of people working here so they got to work right away when I brought my car in and they did the same thing for the cars that came in after me. My tint took less than an hour to put on. I have already referred two people here. *my only complaint and explanation as to why I didn't give 5 stars is because the waiting room/show room is dirty (borderline disgusting) and the place smells since some of the workers smoke as they are working...my suggestion is to not wait for your car if you can. read more

Took my Toyota here, yes they will have you standing around like an idiot before someone finally comes and asks what you need and yes you'll be sitting in busted up chairs for awhile next to empty old stereo boxes and soda cans. But hay for 90 bucks you get a beautiful tint job. So just be prepared for lousy customer service but great tint work.. read more

I'd rate it NO stars if possible. Online says they open 7AM. Showed up at 7:10AM and no one was there. Owner shows up til 7:45AM and tells me to park and wait until 8AM in my car, and he'll get me once he's ready. 8AM passed and nothing. 8:30AM passed and 4-5 cars came way after me and started attending them first. I called for a quote to see if they were open and able to tint my windows. I arrived 13 minutes after hanging up the call to be told they weren't taking anymore cars for the day. This review is solely about Tint & Customer Service. Yes, this place is packed & extremely busy at times but as long as you speak up & confirm your place in line you'll be fine. One time I was told it's a 2 hr wait, I said cool, remember me & my car I'm gonna run some errands & come back. I came back in a Hr & 45 min, let the guy know I was back & he confirmed I still had my place in line. 20 min later they're working on my car. Once they start working on your car they get it done quickly. I've brought 6 cars here to get tinted, 3 of which were mine. The other 3 belonged to others & we all left satisfied with the work done on the vehicles. One of those vehicles in particular had bubbles on the back passenger window. We brought it back & they fixed it right away with no problems. Remember to keep your receipt, long as you have it your tint replacement is fixed free of charge as long as the damage isn't caused by you. four stars because i really like how the tint on my car came out. also because i got a very good deal on it which was $90 for a four door vehicle! (use a groupon) why i didn't give this place five stars because the customer service was pretty bad. the workers there talk to you like you're stupid. also, inside the waiting room they have comfy couches and a big tv so you can watch but it's super disgusting inside! i understand it's a car shop and it won't be 100% clean but seriously it was so dirty and i even found a roach inside. however, i would recommend this place to a friend if they need their windows tinted because it's such a good deal with the groupon. read more

This is a great place to get tint. They have very affordable prices my tint only cost me $120 for my Honda all windows and the sunroof. They are very fast and effective took them less than a hour to complete my car although it was a long wait. read more

Got the Groupon which is a scam. They charge more for the Groupon than their normal price. Additionally they won't take a Groupon for an SUV even if you buy that option. Finally, Groupon won't refund for these guys because they are known scammers. How ridiculous is that? If those things weren't enough, they have abysmal customer service to top it off. Just call their number sometime and ask how busy they are. They will refuse to answer with details. The Groupon states appointment required, but they won't make one or even tell you if they are full for the day. (I got turned away twice upon arriving). Seriously, just go elsewhere. read more

After about 1 month, the bubbles are still there. Took my car back to the shop today and got a full refund. They wanted to take the tint off first tho. I don't mind since that'll save me money from having to pay another shop to take it off. But dang, when I got home and opened the trunk, I noticed my rear deck break light bulb is loosed and not working anymore. The guy who removed the tint must have accidentally pushed on it. Sigh, part of me wants to take my car back to have them fix it, but the other part of me doesn't trust them. I wasted so much time here already. The price here is cheap, but I agree w/ a previous reviewer, they do sloppy work here (just look at their messy shop!) and I definitely do not recommend. I bought a coupon for this place from Groupon. It was easy to find for the most part and didn't take long to do. I was pregnant at the time (so I could smell the smoke very strong while waiting in the waiting room-it's in like a garage) but even if I wasn't I thought it was kind of unprofessional to be smoking WHILE working on the cars. I also didn't like the watermark stains left from them cleaning the window before applying the tint on the car. Would have been nice to wipe it instead of letting it drip down all on the side of the inside of my door. The tint overall looks good and I got it done back in Jan-Feb time frame and it's holding up fairly well. I would recommend for tinting services. read more

Prices are good, get the job done and offer ceramic tint. If you were thinking to go with regular or ceramic go ceramic. I've had 5% regular and 5% ceramic I'd pay the extra dollar for ceramic. Visibility is great looking from the inside. Might come back and get my daily re did with ceramic. I paid 180 somewhere else for regular I paid 200 for ceramic here. Thumbs up!! read more

I went to this terrible place on nov. 5th, 2016 to replace my blown out rear speaker. They only had 3 choices to choose from which should have been my first red flag, but being the idiot i am i chose one. i chose Alpine speakers to replace my boston acoustics speakers AND THE ALPINES SOUNDED WORSE THAN CELLPHONE SPEAKERS!!! No bass at all!!! No refunds and if you return it then there is a restocking fee. they cut unneccesary wires, left trash from the wires in my car, and then told me i needed an Amp AND a box if i wanted my speakers to have bass. ALL THAT AFTER IT WAS ALL INSTALLED !!! WTF !straight b.s. Dont come here ever!!!! and to top it off one of the workers stole something out of my car. I have pictures to prove it. This place probably does very great work but we didn't even get the opportunity to see it firsthand. Horrible customer service. My cousin drove 60 miles because she needed her windows tinted and ACE had good reviews and a decent price. It's a Saturday and she made the drive and even called beforehand. They stated if she was able to get there before 6pm they'd work on her car and have it finished within a hour. When we arrived at 5:30pm they told her they were unable to take her car because they had cars ahead. After she told them that she drove a distance and talked with them an hour before they stated that they did not know it would be so busy and that she could come back Monday as if she does not work and live over an hour away. Please don't bother coming here on a Saturday unless of course you live in area. read more

I normally don't write reviews unless I find it absolutely necessary, in this case I do, therefore I hope my review doesn't get filtered out and not shown. I have referred 9 different people to this shop and they have all done their tint here so I figured I have established some type of rapport with the owner. I decided to re-tint all my windows. Originally it looked good, mainly because I couldn't roll down my windows so I couldn't see the edges and such. When I finally did, I noticed a lot of issues. All the windows had bubbles. Two of the tints were too big, so the film hung off the edges. The rear window tint was peeling at the top after 3-4 days. And while they were removing my old tint they damaged half of my defroster lines (now that portion of my rear windshield doesn't defrost). Now I am currently sitting in their shop as I write this, at 6:17p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2015. I asked them to redo 4 of the 7 windows. They ended up only doing two. So the rear window peeling is still there. And the passenger window with the bubbles and extra film was barely taken care of, if that. After being a loyal customer since 2008, this is how they treat me. They rush through their jobs and leave tint cut offs in your car(trash basically). It's actually more annoying than you think. Would you recommend this to a friend? No, as a matter of fact I would do the opposite, I would HIGHLY discourage people from coming here. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. The staff is nice enough. The guys there get straight to the point and tell you whatever price for what you want. $90 for 5 Windows on my car. They said it'd take an hour and though it did take a little longer, it's no biggie since they had customers coming in. Initial quality of the tint I got was good, but upon further inspection I can see bubbles in 2/3 of the windows that I missed. Will update in a few days and hope they work themselves out. But if no there is a warranty, but then id have to drag myself back and wait more. UPDATE- The groups of bubbles in the tint have since gone away with the exception of one little pesky bubble. I got a double din installed on my 2012 Mustang & I was pleased with the service. They guys here are very friendly and know what they're doing. I bought all my stuff separate including the stereo, surround kit & accessories but paid $160 for labor & installation. I also added a rear view camera on my vehicle which was included in the price. The waiting area isn't that great though tbh. They have a couple chairs with a little fan that doesn't do much of a job. You can expect to wait 1 hour to 2.5 while they work on your car. read more
