Found this spot online and they offered the best cheapest tint. Sure enough I gave them a call and asked what they charged for a Honda Accord -- $90!!! Got there within a few minutes and was quoted an hour and a half for the job. They did it in just over two hours. I totally understood because they were super busy. The guys were very friendly and efficient with the work. So far so good. They said no rolling down the windows for two days. Here's to hoping for the best. Great Tint shop. They use Suntek tint. Always great service for all of my cars. They do tend to be very full in the afternoons and weekends. Used to be priced at 100 flat for all windows and visor. Now its 140. Still one of the cheapest around with great quality service. Just make sure to make time. Come in in the AM for much faster service. read more

First off, they are very unorganized and not so good on communication skills. Secondly, their craftsmanship is questionable. They left air bubbles on my backwindow which I might have to soon come in and ask them to fix. Arguably the worst customer service I've received in some time. It's like this business is allergic to its own customers. Trying to request a date and time is like pulling hair. Repeatedly saying "drop it off at 8 am on a weekday" without giving any context is just bizarre practice. Guy over the phone said " yes their shouldn't be a problem come in! Upon arriving the Asian gentleman said " no we can not get it done since we close at 7pm we need 1 hour! Don't go here this place is trash! I've been trying to fix the cheap window tint the put on my car cause it's bubbling now and they refuse to fix it because they know they're not going to make any money off of it. I have a "warranty" for a "lifetime" but now they "changed owners" and don't honor that. All in all, don't go here horrible customer service and cheap tint! read more

Went to get my windows tinted on my Hatchback and they did a good job on all my windows. I got all of the windows tinted as well as the stripe on the front windshield. It took about half an hour. And they had couches in a little waiting area with a t.v. They also gave us life time warranty. I was looking for a nearby place where I could get an alarm with a kill switch and my windows tinted. I was quoted a price for the alarm and opted not to get it because they didn't install a kill switch which was fine so I asked about having my truck tinted and the person behind the counter spoke to me and asked me what I needed and we came to an arrangement on the price and decided to get my windows tinted. After they they finished I inspected the work to make sure it was done right so I didn't have to come back. I found a 3 little things that didn't seem right and let the guy know about and he was attentive and started to help me then the older Asian guy grabbed his flash light and in a loud demanding voice proceeded to start screaming at me because I pointed out the little blemishes and was very unprofessional I didn't take his screaming and told him to lower his voice and not to speak to me in that manner I was a customer. He didn't even apologize he left and in a very condensending voice said have a good night as he left. Everyone else were very nice but I will not be returning to this establishment again. read more

For the last 10 years, my family and I have all been going to a different Auto place to get our cars tinted and after years of loyalty and many many cars of work and referrals to them, I was disappointed to find they didn't care for all that and wanted to charge me close to $300 to get my i3 tinted! My dad suggested I try Ace Auto Sound Tint & Alarm, he had never gone but saw it a few times. I like this place, they get straight to the point. I went around 8:30 and was out by 9:45. Not bad since most of the reviews say they take forever. Tint came out amazing by the way. Only down side is the waiting; if you don't have your own chair than be prepared to stand the whole time while you wait. Other than that, awesome place! read more

Make sure they do a good job. If you notice anything wrong in the tint ( scratchs bubbling ...) let them know for they fix it or redo it. If not you have to come back and they make you wait a hour or two in line to fix the mistake they did! P.S. keep an eye out on what they do. Last time I was here I got a roof vinyl wrapped. I got my tint done with these guys back in 2015 on my CLA250. I found the deal on group on and they did an amazing job. Took care of me as soon as I got in and was out in an hour. Two years later and my tint still looks great! My car got broken into and my passenger window was shattered. So the next day after getting my window replaced, I called so many window tinting locations and were either, 1. Giving me a high quote 2. Were too busy 3. And even had a mobile tinting company flake on me, as I was at work and wouldn't be off until 6 and wanted my one window tinted ASAP. So I gave ACE a call and sure enough, they're open until 7 which was perfect and I was out of there within 30 minutes even with people ahead of me. I just should've called them first. Loved the tint job, but customer service was crap. Upon arriving, no one bothered to ask what I needed. Stood there for a good ten minutes constantly trying to flag someone to mention I was here for a tint. Finally someone responds... Spoke to me pretty rudely, and shut down my questions-- not even answering them. I called ahead of time and was told that if I had a Groupon, the lifetime warranty is purchased separately for $20. Got there, mentioned that and they told me it was $30 instead. Still cheap so I pay it anyway. Only get a Groupon if you have a discount code to use on your Groupon to lower the price. Otherwise just come here the tint job and warranty together normally is $90 total. They also prefer cash... seemed to get slightly better service when mentioned paying in cash. If you're using a Groupon sometimes they don't bother with you at all. read more

One of the guys was on his phone the entire time doing my window tint and left dust particles under my window tint on my passenger side door.
