Was shocked to see my TPMS light go off again for the 2nd time in 72 hours. Quickly looked up tire repair shops in Fremont on my way to work and found Fremont T&W all the way at the top of Yelp. Walked in on my lunch, told Malik the issue and was told it would take 30 mins to patch up. If it could not be patched he would tell me. Within 15 minutes his technician found a nail, patched and repaired the tire. Charged me $40. I could not be happier with how quick and easy that was. I will definitely be back to get my tires replaced once they're worn down. Great work, guys! read more

This is a great place to get some work done on your vehicle . Tire rotation and balancing, flat repairs and new tires. I was given a referral that they do great work. I got a tire rotation, balance and alignment done today and I am sure gladI did! I never dreamed what a difference it would make . My car is old but now feels like it did when I bought it. just now New This shop is the biggest ripp off i went there twice first time i said the was low air pressure in my tires they say I need 2 tires i did that then my pressure was still low find out I had a needle in my tires which they didn't fix second time came in for 2 new tires said can they match the price they said no then I said ok since im already here then they said I need new breaks first they said 500 then I came back and they wanted 750 said it's already discounted price. Then I went to honda dealership they said my breaks are still good and didn't need anything. These guys see a vulnerable woman and want to make money. Although I have money I won't be looked at as stupid. Making little money here and there won't get you rich have some morals. read more

I usually buy tires at a different shop but that store dropped the ball and was looking for a new shop asap. Called this place after seeing the yelp reviews and Malik picked up 5min before they opened. He gave me a fair price on tires and they give you free alignment if you buy 4 tires. Good deal! The other shop charges extra. It only took them a little less than an hour to put the tires on. Excellent service! I will be definitely making this my new tire shop for all my vehicles and will recommend this shop to family and friends! read more

Got a flat tire nearby. Since I drive by this shop nearly every day I was very familiar with them. All the great YELP reviews helped. We popped in and as all the reviews stated the service was very professional. My husband who is a mechanic was impressed, they didn't have the size we needed for this particular visit, although they discussed prices other tires and sets for the future. I had my son take in my older vehicle for 4 new tires. They broke the wheel stud then charged him over $80 for a new stud. The part is $8. They saw a young kid and took advantage of him. I've had my tires done there a couple times but I won't be going back. And when I called to ask about it I was hung up on. read more

Have come here a couple times now and they have always been able to fit me in the same day. They are very communicative with you regarding what they found and how they can fix it. They check with you before doing any work which is appreciated. Their prices seem fair and they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. In fact Big O Tires in Newark said I needed new struts among other items and when I brought my car here he said that everything seemed fine and that I didn't need those items at this time. I really appreciate their honesty as they very easily could have agreed with Big O and charged me regardless. After that experience I knew they would be my go to place. Unfortunately, I was having another issue about 8 months later and brought it here. They were able to fix the problem same day. I feel like I can trust what they tell me and are not taking advantage of their customers. Highly recommended this spot! read more

Yo! Super friendly workers here. So I'm driving in Fremont for no good. I arrived at my destination to get boba as usual and got out to notice my rear right tire leaking air. I immediately checked on Yelp to see the nearest tire repair shop and found this gem. Walk-ins take 15 to 30mins. They are really quick with the work and provided a great service. My tire was patched up and I was ready to go in 20 mins. I was just happy of the overall service. Shop was clean and organized too I highly recommend this place if you are in Fremont. The crew is very knowledgeable and friendly and as mentioned earlier service goes a lot quicker than other tire shops. read more

June 26, 2026 I called earlier this morning to see if I can come in at 5pm for a repair, nail in the tire. After work of course. He said that must have been a one off and they try to get everyone out in under an hour. I said I'll make the appointment but I don't want to wait 1.5 hrs for a repair. It's not fair to me to have to just wait. He makes an appointment at 4pm. 4pm rolls around, I'm there at 4:05pm. Traffic in Fremont is bad at that time. They didn't intake (see me) at my appoint until 4:45......... Then they look at my tires goes and talks to their team who says it'll be ready at 5:45pm. AGAIN!!!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HONOR THE APPOINTMENT!!!! Anyways....what their team needs to do is stop allowing customers to stand there looking at each tire on the website deciding which one they want. I wait in my car and no one shows up. I decide to now go to the Fremont location on Beacon. Normally, there is an attendant to check the air in your tires. I drive there. An employee acknowledges I am there. Another employee says someone will be out. I waited at least 13-15 minutes before I realized--I need to go back to work! All in all--I spent 25 minutes driving around to two different locations. I sat in my car waiting and did not get any air in my tires. I drove back to work with the signal still on my dashboard. Very disappointing experiencing at both locations but especially Union City.

GERRIT…read more The mechanic who was fixing my car and putting my tires on made a mistake which made my car vibrate on the freeway on the way home from Fremont or this location and I live 40 mins away from the mechanics and I was driving fine at speeds lower than 50mph and I was driving through Sunol by the time I got to Pleasanton freeway exit I started to get to 60 and my entire front part of my vehicle started vibrating and I called Les swab and they told me to come back but it was already late closing time and I would not make it and I didn't feel safe driving on the road, I almost lost control of my vehicle I had to drive slow to get home. And I ended up going to Costco and they fixed it and told me that les swab did a terrible job and my tires were at 2 ounces the front ones and Costco said that was really bad and I need to get a refund and they wrote me a letter with their notes on the issues and how Costco fixed it. I trusted the handsome mechanic at Les swab. But today this morning I went and drove to Les swab in Fremont 40 mins from my home to ask my money back politely and I spoke to the manager GERRIT. He basically invalidated what happened to me and told me it's impossible to get into an accident. He is white blue eye grayish man who was completely rude and not understanding the mistake they made and could have gotten me injured and I could have damaged my car more. He refused my request for a refund. And was rude and a made condescending comments. Like I don't know what kind of driver you are a new one or a bad driver to almost get into accident from their mistake. He refused to apologize for taking accountability for the mistake at minimum. Or apologize. He was arrogant and rude and basically just gave me 20 dollars out of the 260 he owe me just make me happy. I just accepted the 20 dollars cause I don't like to fight. But to be honest I would've been happy if he would have apologized for the mistake but he just didn't take accountability for anything And as I left he made rude sarcastic comments like I hope you drive better. Also he said Moving forward I shouldn't come back and get service with them (Les swab) And to go find someone else for my mechanical needs. The manager said this all because I ask for a refund cause they made a mistake on my car and he basically gave me 20 dollars to leave and never come back and I ask politely and he never apologized he just told me what happened was impossible and invalidate my experience and was rude! I don't wish anyone ill. But if you treat anyone like that cause you don't want take accountability that's really on the manager. The mechanic who helped me and made that mistake was really nice. But the manager is a rude disrespectful human being. Thanks for the 20 dollars cause that's not what I deserve and you know I deserve an apology and none of your rude comments about my driving. Last summer, they painted the entire exterior from a dirty dull beige to a lively white with black trim. They patched up all the holes/cracks in the stucco, power washed, and taped EVERYTHING! At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. I had my car back and the repair did not pinch my pocket book too much and I was back on the road. I appreciate and thankful for the service center's commitment to get me back on the road.

Jack personally went next door to check on my car, and offered me 10% off repairs. I was told I could drop my car off the next day without needing another appointment. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area. I can't recommend this place enough (just make sure you drive all the way to the green building and dont let anyone stop you like I did!)

They denied scratching my rim while mounting my tires, even though they had called me their friend and smiled throughout our interaction. They even went as far as to state that they replaced their mounting tool with a new plastic piece every morning, implying that all four rims would have been damaged instead of just one. Unfortunately, I was the last car that day. I left feeling disappointed with the lies and damage caused to my rims by the shop. I have been coming to Mr.Malik shop for over two years now and I have replaced over 8 tires, repaired rims and even changed a rim, all due to the help of Malik. My tire is a rare tire that no shop or distributor have in stock ever, BUT somehow Malik always get the tire for me within hours. I absolutely do NOT recommend this tire shop. They tried to charge me over $1,500 for a set of four tires, which is beyond ridiculous. That's more than what most dealerships charge--how does that even make sense? Feels like they're just trying to rip people off. Save your money and go somewhere honest. read more

Just visually observed and said it was worn out. Did not diagnose where puncture was. Tread is quick fix while sidewall is when tire needs replacement. I replied my tires only had 38,000 miles which is midlife. According to AI, it is a "shop choosing convenience and profit over proper diagnosis". Beware.

It has about 3-4 chairs and a work bench in case you are working on your laptop and need a place to put that down. [[ Service ]] Everyone was really nice including the two front desk people and the person who worked on my car. They determined that my nail was repairable/patch-able and I was very grateful. No upsell or anything and got me out of the door in 30 minutes for $45 to repair the flat. Couldn't have asked for better. P.S. I think if they got newer signs, it would make the outside look more appealing because it's truly a great shop.
