This place is great! Hamead and his boss took care of me so quickly. I brought my car in after I locked myself out of my car and the technician who came to break back into my car used an inflatable tool to slightly wedge open my driver's side door. Unfortunately, this caused my door to no longer sit flush with the rest of the car, which I could hear while I was driving--whistling from the air going by, as well as generally messing up my car's noise isolation system from the road. The wonky door was also letting in a lot more air and smells from the outdoors. Not a great thing when you work in Milpitas, which has an interesting aroma. The team at EastBay Collision Center was able to fix my door in no time flat with minimal intervention! No attempt to upsell me and try to do something crazy like getting me to let them install a whole new door. I really appreciated their expertise and professionalism. When you have a german car that is both difficult and expensive to repair, it is only natural to be very anxious about bringing it in to a body shop or mechanic. Went for a rear end collision repair. Took about a month before calling them to see how much longer. Ali said he'll bump it up to priority and should be done two days later. The day comes to pick it up it was wet from being 'washed' and not even dried. Ali said I was good to go and everything was fine. Did a thorough inspection of the area when I got home to see they never changed out the exhaust pipe so you could still see the dent on the end pipe. Took it back the next day for Ali to make up excuses and ask if I hit anything on my way home. Unlikely the damage would be identical if that were the case especially with picture proof. To think they would've just taken the money and said nothing. Untrustworthy so beware. read more

Fred and Kyle are both very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional owners and will do everything they can to ensure their client satisfaction. Shout out to Fred for going the extra mile, even though I had to go back to get it fixed. I was especially impressed was how well his service was after the deal/pick up of my vehicle. As consumer here, I would only advise this shop to take your time when working on vehicles the initial time around and not rush it. I have my 2017 BMW M4 repaired here. TLDR this can be the best place if you want to find someone trustworthy to fix your auto body. I replaced my quarter panel and door panel and their work is like magic. They used the best technology with great care to fix everything for me, the result is perfect just like brand new. I was recently backed into in a parking lot and the damage appeared minor- and yet, as it often goes with these things, there were complications with the placement and parts below the dent that made the whole thing a much bigger deal than it looked like at first glance.
