After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck.
