During my nap the driver announces transfer for all those headed to Missoula. Missing the announcement results in me failing to transfer. Eventually I ask is this bus going to Missoula. Driver responds "Im taking you to Boise". Believe it was intently perpetrated. It must be difficult being so fat. In other words "you too". NO regard for riders and there safety all bout the buck you are a disgraceful service truly regret having any belief in you and yours.

The Boise are back in town…read more So Boise, unlike other cities in Idaho, has an actual transit station that serves Greyhound too, which is pretty cool. It works for the whole Boise area and it's on Bannock Street and gets quite a lot of traffic. I met a very good friend here years ago, and have been back a couple of times on a bus since, and once in a car for sentimental reasons. It's right downtown and also services other bus companies which come through here such as Northwestern Trailways.

We gave him $30 cash asking for a small amount in change to also nclude a tip based on the meter charge. He pulled out a wad of cash as if going to give us change, then all of a sudden refused to give change, slammed his door and about ran us over driving off.

Fares are also affordable as a day pass is only $2.50. The negatives about this system are that some routes do only run hourly and most importantly, there is no service on Sundays and on major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. But this also extends to holidays like Memorial Day and Labor Day. I am not sure why this is the case, but it seems like a city of this size should have some service. Especially given this is for Idaho's capital.

The UMO and ETA say it runs ever 60 Minutes yet they blame the apps. I've lived in other cities where those apps work perfectly and riders aren't stranded for hours. I've been passed by multiple buses that failed to stop. they have also refused to refund for passes purchased that couldn't be used because of how unreliable they are!
