They put the spare on and didn't even charge me. They even suggested some other places that were open on the weekends to get a tire. They did all of that knowing that I might not buy from them. The day following the review I received a call from Joe, the manager who was very apologetic, related he knew exactly who I was, and explained the assistant manager had recently passed away and the young man I delt with was fairly new. I have to re-evaluate my review of 1 and change it to AT LEAST a 4. It says something that a business pays timely attention to reviews and customer feed-back.
