Took me less than 12 small bites to eat my "bowl" (small cup) and not only was the service bad, the bowl tasted less than satisfactory. A few of my colleagues at the office shared their frustrations over the same thing - I guess shorting us is their thing! I frequent this spot often and to be honest, the service is never great. Today the staff member working seemed stressed and probably could have used more support. I rarely write reviews, yet felt compelled to write this one because it was such a disappointing experience. My husband and I frequent the 4th, B Street and Ash Street locations at least once a week and now can add the Solana branch to our rotation. The toasted pretzel bun was perfectly toasted but still soft inside, very yummy. The scrambled egg was hot and perfect, as were the melty harvarti cheese and greens. I liked the garlic aioli but they put a little too much on the sandwich for my taste. Next time, I will ask for less. My caramel latte was perfect, not too sweet.
