It's been a year since my five star review with Acme Burger and I'm giving it 5 stars again. This place has stayed consistent. Just had a Double Sonoma Mountain Beef Company Burger with grilled onions and avocado. They don't hold back on the added topping. The burgers are so juicy and taste like real beef! Everything else I've ordered from here has been amazing. The manager is always very nice and remembers my name from coming here often, it shows he cares about the regulars! This will continue to be my staple burger/chicken sando spot in town!

This is officially my new spot for turkey burgers. Greatness exists on a bun here with their delicious secret sauce. OMG the special jar of pickles is an extra delight when I come you can fix your own and eat as many as you like, they don't mind.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time and in a world obsessed with buns, no one tops theirs

This review is long overdue, but I love this place! I live in Santa Rosa and work in Rohnert Park, so it's super convenient that they have multiple locations. I come here regularly because the food quality is consistently great. They have so many options, everything tastes fresh, and their ranch is amazing. I always get the double turkey burger -- one is definitely enough, especially if it's a double. It's always super juicy and satisfying. The garlic fries are also so good and pair perfectly with it. My boyfriend has gotten the ahi tuna burger, and it's amazing -- really fresh for fish, and he loves it every time. They also sell beer, and the service is always fast, which is a big plus. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but honestly it's worth it. I keep coming back because they never disappoint. Highly recommend!

Going to start off by saying this review is solely about the ice cream / desserts Acme sells! I'm not a fan of their food, but I'll give it a try again another time! Are you looking for a delicious sweet treat? Something cold? Look no further! Acme's ice cream cones and shakes are amazing and not too sweet. I was told by a friend to try their seasonal strawberry milkshake that uses strawberries from the local L&N stand here in Santa Rosa and it did not disappoint! Super creamy, delicious, and not too sweet. I love their ice cream cones as well. Definitely give it a try if you're nearby or want something cold.

Free pickles and many great sauces (buffalo!). Tried the cod burger with sweet potato fries and garlic fries. I liked the sweet potato fries better than the garlic ones. I enjoyed the cod, and the bun made the sandwich even better!

I'm kind of disappointed because i love their garlic fries ut everytime I order thru doordash it got any garlic on it :( i love this place but im hoping they fix this issue and to be consistent. i dont have any problems everytime when im at the restaurant it's only when I order delivery.

Good flavor with the teriyaki glaze decent portion that way overcooked on the tough and dry side

First time at the new location in Santa Rosa on Yulupa ave. I asked our greeter that the team was good. She said amazing. It is cooked perfectly rare So I ordered the ahi tuna It was not cooked rare. It was way overcooked. It was more on the medium side. Not med rare, medium way over cooked Great flavor but bummed !!!! Just cannot stand overcooked fish. It was dry and chewy. Wife liked her acme burger and pickles. Friendly staff Was greeted as soon as we walked in! Food took 10 min not bad wait time. Guess I'll stick with the burgers next time

I really, really want to like this place, but you guys make it hard... my burger isn't cooked, it's cremated! Pretty dry, but very greasy, you can see all the grease in my picture. It glows. More lettuce than hamburger & the tomato is sliced thinner than a finger nail. The fries look great, but think they were cooked in borderline "old" grease that needs to be replaced. Not a very good flavor. On an up note... I got the Lunch Special, good price. My drink, Raspberry Ice Tea was ok, and everyone that works here is very pleasant and accommodating. Now! if we could only get someone who could actually cook!

Acme burger has a new fan! This little burger spot was so good! Great staff and easy ordering. I loved that you could order from a kiosk or cashier. They had a great lunch deal of $10.99 for a burger, fries, and drink! Awesome deal in my opinion! Food is cooked fresh so everything comes out hot and crispy. The Acme Burger was delicious, the patty had a lot of juice and was so flavorful. (Ask for that awesome sauce to put on it!) The onion rings were my favorite! So crispy and delicious. Chili cheese fries were good but not my favorite. I'd go without it next time. The fish and chips were also surprisingly good. The fish had a calamari like battering and the fish was so delicious. Loved the little grab yourself pickle station they had! Freshly made in-house pickles which I loved!!! Will definitely be coming here again and can't wait to try their other menu items.

Came to Acme Burger after golfing and this restaurant always hits the spot. I absolutely love their tater tots and cheeseburger. There's multiple locations in Sonoma County and the service is usually fast. The nice thing about this spot is you can add a variety of toppings including mushrooms, onions, various cheese, etc.. makes for an amazing burger.

First time here. Service was extremely friendly. Burgers were fresh and cooked well. Sonoma and ahi tuna burgers were made exactly to order. Ahi tuna burger was really good with a thick slice of tuna on it. Sweet potato tots were super delicious! Will definitely go again!

Do they have gluten free buns?

    Yes

Do they add "junk fees" on their bill?

Well, I guess some of the State of Jefferson folks would argue that Sales Taxes are junk fees... but no I have never seen any charge from ACME other than the listed menu prices, tax & tip. I digress but yesterday I bought something at Whole Foods…

I came here to try their breakfast sandwich, which definitely did not disappoint. I also took home a couple of desserts for later! The service here is really great! The person who helped us when we arrived gave us some great suggestions! I really like the seating here and it feels nice and spacious. The art on the walls adds a nice touch as well! The breakfast sandwich has fried eggs and white cheddar cheese on an English Muffin. First I love the way they fry the eggs. Crispy, but still with a runny yoke. The cheese is melted nicely into this really yummy English muffin that was toasted really nicely. I also added bacon and avocado, which was a delicious touch. It's a very rich, fatty sandwich, so I asked for some hot sauce plus it's served with a side of pickles which helps to cut the richness as well. I took a few desserts home to try later, and I'm glad I did! The gluten free carrot cake is excellent. Very buttery and the texture is amazing. Not very sweet, but that may be what some people like. The gluten free lemon cheesecake had a great flavor and is dense like a NY style cheesecake. Again, also not very sweet, but delicious nonetheless. The Flan was a 10/10 in flavor and sweetness, but a 6/10 in texture. A little too dense for my liking. Overall, I love this place and will be back soon!

Zoftig has expanded into full-blown Choose Your Own Adventure territory: Build Your Own salads, sandwiches, wraps, and bowls, plus a gluten-free dessert lineup that practically begs you to pretend you're being healthy right up until the very end. I went with the Thai yellow curry over brown rice with chicken, which was the kind of meal that makes you feel like a responsible adult who has their life together. It was delicious! My dining companion's Ahi Poke bowl was equally impressive, and the roasted sweet potato salad was so good it briefly made me question my life choices up to that point. The chicken -- whether in a salad or a bowl -- was tender, flavorful, and absolutely not what I expected from a place with this many kale options. A word to the wise: show up at noon and you will be humbled. This spot is enormously popular with locals and the lunch-break crowd, and the line will remind you that good food attracts a crowd whether you like it or not. Fortunately, the staff is genuinely warm, happy to make recommendations, and will answer your menu questions without making you feel like you're holding up the line -- even when you absolutely are. Needless to say, it won't be another few years before I'm back. Zoftig has officially earned a permanent spot in the rotation.

It's inviting vs the stuffy atmosphere some places have. BABAGANOUSH PITA we got it for the kiddo expecting it to be run of the mill stuff you get. But the babaganoush had the extreme rich flavors of smoked eggplant and felt like almost half an eggplant went in there. Not diluted with tahini, garlic, just pure flavors of eggplant with tanginess of sumac. LITTLE GEM SALAD WITH RAINBOW TROUT was hearty, leafy and very refreshing. The pickled celery was the surprise. HAMACHI CRUDO - beautifully assembled with thoughtfulness, light, refreshing. A bunch of flavor bombs in there so each bite is an adventure. Basil making it refreshing, earthy crunch from hazelnut, sharpness from green onion, sweet tart kiwis. I think a bit of citrus would make this a superstar. Mandolin shaved limes perhaps? GRILLED MAITAKE MUSHROOMS - ok I think this was the chefs most technically impressive dish, with an exercise in playing with bitter profiles and turning it into a master piece. Grilled maitake gets the char from the grill is the first flavor layer, it's woken up by the wild thyme from the zatar. Next the Japanese turnips bring the second dimension with earthy beautiful bitter notes on a bed of a creamy tahini based sauce. It's finished with fresh parsley to bring a fresh element to it. Great stuff. Could raddichio be added to make this more challenging? I saw those crunchy POTATOES and I got them even after eating the meal lol. Do yourself a favor and just get them - they're hot, crunchy and perfect to pair with the vegetables. Finally we got their chocolate mousse with bruleéd bananas sorry couldn't take a picture before it was all gone. Great way to wrap. The staff were all super friendly and helped with picking things from the menu! I got the mystery glass of wine and they had made a fun game out of it. The Beaujolais was great too. Overall when you're surrounded by these amazing farms, vineyards and ocean - no better way than to bring them together - kudos to the creators of the Redwood for making this place with intentionality. Although the flavor profile on the salmon with citrus and saffron was not to my taste it was expertly prepared. All that said we received some of the most neglectful service I have ever had from a very nice server, who for no obvious reason left us alone for most of the meal. It got busier as our time stretched on, but it wasn't slammed and there was plenty of staff. We ordered plenty of food including two bottles of wine. We had to completely finish all of our appetizers before being asked about mains and we sat with empty glasses for ~20 minutes (possibly more) before we flagged someone down to get the second bottle; a bottle we left half drunk because it stretched our evening so long. I might give this place another try but honestly it was one of the most drawn out anticlimactic $400+ birthday celebrations (without desert) I have ever had. We could have done better at home for less.

Then you glance up and spot flatscreens mounted in literally every corner, quietly whispering "...or you could just watch the game." It's an identity crisis, but a gorgeous one. We started with the fried goat cheese salad, which lives up to its reputation -- crispy, tangy, and dangerously easy to inhale before the entrées even show up. Then things got serious. The lamb shank practically surrendered before my fork even arrived, the meat sliding off the bone like it had somewhere better to be (spoiler: it did not, it was perfect right there on my plate). The branzino was cooked with the kind of precision that makes you briefly suspicious the chef has a vendetta against mediocrity. And the ribeye kabob rounded things out excellently, because apparently this menu doesn't believe in weak links.
