I am writing this review to let everyone know to go to acme! The staff are very friendly and professional. I am also giving my props to the staff who worked tonight (3/15/33) most notably Addison (or adison sorry if i spelt it wrong.) He is such a nice person and helped us take our order. Excellent quality food at reasonable prices-unusual in Sonoma County anymore! I had the Bodega Fish and the Fried Chicken Sandwich and both were excellent along with the fries very yummy! Great burgers and fries. Awesome onions rings! Chili was way over seasoned with chili powder and it wasn't the spice that bothered (I live spicy)it was the taste of it overpowering. The caramelized onions were burned, so it kinda ruined the burger. The hits were amazing but the two things were meeehhh. But definitely worth it. read more

For all of the hype this place got, it was sadly not our favorite. It was extremely expensive for two burgers with a couple add ons along with fries and shakes and a little kids cheeseburger. My lettuce wrap burger fell apart completely so I had to get soggy lettuce and burger with a fork and knife, and the sweet potato fries were soggy and super greasy. The shoestring fries were okay... The milkshakes were the best part and even still, they were not great. Tasted like watery ice cream.... Not thick and came out much ahead of the burgers and were completely liquified by the middle/end of our meal. We don't plan on returning but at least wanted to give it a shot! The staff was all friendly, so I upped it to three stars because of that. It would've been 1-2 stars. read more

The best burger place in the area forsure. Fries are always on point and cooked perfectly. We always order garlic fries and they hook it up with garlic, they also do a good job of getting the garlic flavor in all the fries. Staff is super cool and very friendly . We have been here probably 30 times now since they opened. Quality of meat is above everyone elce I've tried, not too greasy. Only thing they sometimes aren't consistent with is meat temps, every few times the burger isn't med like we order, it's well done and less juicy because of it. My family and I tried this place out with a Groupon which they accepted with no issues. The gal who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful! Also the lady in the back was really nice when I asked for extra sauces, twice haha They didn't even charge me for them and not only are the sauces included, but they have a little pickle bar too! They had a bunch of hot sauces, homemade pickles of cucumbers in one jar and a mixture of red onions, carrots, & jalapeños in another. Ok now to the burgers! I got the buttermilk chicken burger with melted bri & the house sauce, all super yummy! And the hubby got a double cheese burger with an over medium fried egg which I of course had to steal a bite (or two) from...AMAZING!! Probably one of the best burgers I've in a long time. We got the garlic and sweet potato fries, soon good. Legit everything at this place was on point, from the fries to the buns and meat...all cooked perfectly. And their house sauce and ranch were sooo friggin good. In addition they have foosball tables and a nice outdoor area, we'll definitely have to check out when it's nicer out. THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. After looking at the menu, and seeing they outsource all their products is amazing. They get their meat from local farmers that are totally trustworthy. The vegetables they use are always fresh and have the perfect crunch. I usually get the Fried Chicken Sandwich with cheese & avocado, and each time it gets better and better! I have had this about 4 times now. The first was so mind blowingly good I swore off all other burger joints. However, lately, it's been terrible. I've been trying to order from Door Dash during SIP in order to support local businesses. However, I plan to spend my money elsewhere going forward. The last two times I have ordered the food wasn't made per the order (I asked for no sauce - not that complicated.) As well, it's cold/poor quality. When I got my food this time, the burger was split apart in the box because the wrapper wasn't around the burger enough. 1 half of my burger was in the wrapper, the rest was on my cold tater tots. Attention to details matters here. Try Superburger, Mike's at the Crossroads, or Jack in the Box. Yes, Jack in the box. Their food is hot, fresh, and accurate. Love this place! We started coming here for the kids movie night out on their patio. The food is on point! I always get the Kale Asian Salad and it never disappoints. Husband gets a cheeseburger and our son gets a grilled cheese. They have some of the best customer service, when you walk in you are greeted and everyone is always smiling. A burger joint that gets it right. They offer the stuff I always wish for in a burger joint but never see: salads(!), shoestring fries, good local beer. The space itself seems a little awkward, but maybe it works better during peak hours. There seemed to be an "upstairs" and an outside patio, but I stayed inside and downstairs to avoid the rain and to silence my barking knee. Slow service, especially considering how few customers were waiting. Solid burger with nice char on the outside. Meat was a bit crumbly. Good crispy fries. My husband and I recently moved to Petaluma, which is just south of Cotati. We LOVE Acme. Everything is good especially the tater tots (both regular and the sweeter sweet potato) and the ice cream is legit! The fried chicken burger is great and if you like skinny fries this is your place. We went there a few times within 2 months of it opening and haven't been back because the menu is so limited and the gals at the register have always made mistakes and charged us extra because of the way the computer is set up (very easy to overcharge for sides) sounds weird to you reading this but they'll know what I'm talking about and hopefully change it. To be fair we were offered a free dessert for the inconvenience because they also couldn't refund the overcharge either time but then dessert is just ice cream and we couldn't take it where we were headed so that didn't work either. read more

SO TASTY!! We ordered on UberEats and it was more than my already high hopes were going for. One kid got the cesar salad and loved it. We got the Sonoma beef burger and it was PERFECT! I got the acme burger and again perfection. We got the sweet potato fries & tots which were wonderful. Garlic & Cajun fries were delicious too. This place reminds of a higher end Five Guys - locally-owned, better quality meat and additional selections, and endless add-ons (pay per). An additional highlight are the french fries! I picked up the Fried Buttermilk Chicken sandwich with swiss cheese and bacon, plus an order of taste tots tonight. The sandwich with "awesome sauce" was awesome. The chicken wasn't as crispy as I wished, but that couldn't been because I got it to go and drove another 15 minutes before eating. The tater tots were well seasoned and crispy.
