Above all, I find them honest and trustworthy where their competitors I've used are not. They SHOULD be certified for Subzero service but there is only one company in all of California that is and my experience with that company is quite disappointing. By their service agreement (which gives them the entire state with no competition) they are SUPPOSED to deal with certain emergency issues (like my freezer stopping working) expediously and THEY couldn't/wouldn't schedule for nearly 3 weeks, their excuse being "we are very busy."
