We had a couple of problem skunks ambling around our yard, so the good folks at Natalie's came out to set traps for them. Tiffaney was nine months pregnant and already overdue, but she came along and was very friendly while her husband Dave set the traps. As luck would have it, we caught Pepé Le Pew a couple of days later, and when I texted Natalie's to let them know to pick up my stinky friend, Tiffaney texted back that she was in the hospital giving birth but would get someone over to help. Wow! A couple of hours later a nice young guy came by, whisked my polecat away, and reset the trap. It was a seamless removal and no critters were harmed. A couple of weeks later Tiffaney and Dave returned to pick up the traps with a beautiful BIG baby boy in tow. The second skunk eluded us and continues to trot around the place each night, but we'll try again later. I won't hesitate to call Natalie's again -- both price and service were great.

Bed Bugs were discovered and documented in a home for sale that was previously treated by Beeline Pest Control. Upon Inspections of the new home sale Bed bug were still apparent so treatment and clearance were requested. As a response to the request to rectify the Bed Bugs we received a letterhead paper with a handwritten message to use a clearance stating they "Personally treated the home..... in their professional Opinion the home is Bed Bug Free. " How does that fix the problem. We documented the issue and requested treatment. How does an offended statement resolve the issue at hand........It doesn't, So to no surprise the home continued to be infested with Bed Begs. Within the first week of new homeownership Bed Bugs were still apparent. I now have video of Live bed begs crawling out of the holes cut in the ceiling for upgraded lighting that I can forward to anyone who questions Bed Bugs in the Attic again. Its unfortunate but this is what you get for a Bed Bug Clearance from Beeline Pest Control. Also when asked before how were the Bed Bugs handled we were told with a spray. What kind of spray water???? Bed Begs need to be hit with HEAT not spray water on them.

Another termite company had said I needed major fumigation on a building that Scott said had no termite issues & the "termite feces" was actually from crickets. I am happy that others have had good luck with Aaron & Tactic Pest Control (although only 3…read morereviews), but fair warning he will not guarantee his work. Several months ago I called him to eradicate a gnat problem I was having. After charging $80 dollars, what he did, did not work. Over the following weeks, months... I had several phone calls and text messages about this situation. I even asked if there was something else "WE" could do. He told me to buy Raid Hot Shots spray (that didn't work well for my problem). On my own, I poured bleach in drains, made sure no fruit etc to draw gnats was out. I even had them in the living room and bedroom. He talks a lot (A LOT) and wastes a lot of time. In short 3 months later, I asked him to bomb the house... anything. He said he would call me back to make an appointment. Since a week later I still had not heard from him (typical) I called him again and was told he does not guarantee his work after 3 months. Note to self, don't trust everyone... I guess I should not have trusted him from the start. So buyer beware.

The landlord didn't like that he confirmed an infestation and suggested complete treatment, so he called Palm Springs Pest Control to try and get a cheaper quote for less work. I guess he got it. Palm Springs Pest sent out a young guy named Christian, who did a cursory look and put down some poison traps, one in the house and a couple outside. He used a shop vac in the contaminated area and then sprayed something that smelled like Lysol and wadded up a "have a nice day!" plastic shopping bag and put it in the area of the entry hole the rats were using and called it "sealed and sanitized." The traps contained two poisons that are illegal in California as they are dangerous to humans and pests. I said this to Christian and he contended that it was okay, even though the trap was clearly marked with the poison name and the Palm Springs Pest Control Logo. We had Truly Nolan come out a couple of days later and they expressed surprise that not only were there new droppings but the bag showed evidence that the rats had been chewing on it. ln the two months we tried to get the problem solved, it never was. Palm Springs Pest Control removed their traps after two weeks and the pest activity has continued. Today we were in court with the landlord and he brought copies of texts with Christian where Christian was insulting us, saying the house was "dirty" (moving boxes), saying that when I asked about sanitation he said, "We aren't housekeepers" (it's not a housekeeper's job to sanitize hazmat). Worse, he was colluding with the landlord, taking instructions on what to include in the report and what not to. If you want an inept punk to come out to your house, put poison down to endanger you and your pets, and then shit talk you and gossip about your private residence with someone else, Palm Springs Pest Control is the way to go. If you want competence try Truly Nolan or Richard at PureCor.

We paid them immediately via the link they provided. We then for TWO months after keep receiving harassing calls and emails threatening to report us to collections for non payment. We provide our credit card bill showing the $175 charge went through. They said that would suffice. Then 2 weeks later they contacted us again with threats to report us. I then had to call our credit card to dispute the claim to get our money back to finally wake up this company that they were paid!!! We told them immediately when the first reached out that the invoice link they provided now showed $0 due, the credit card statement, reference and ID #s directly from the credit card customer service and that was not enough. I've wasted hours trying to get more and more proof this was paid. This is no way to conduct business Juliana Bhaskerrao!
