She listened to what I wanted and nailed the length and layers. The salon itself is much more comfortable than others I've been to. I often struggle with how loud salons tend to be - lots of running water, blow drying, and chatting that tends to echo in the space. Surprisingly, I found I didn't need earplugs for my visit which was an added bonus. I'll definitely be making another appointment when I need to and will try color + cut next time.

The person who did my hair her name was...Leandra or Leyanda (sorry I forgot!) did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I wanted. My issue was that in the beginning a woman said oh I'm gonna wash your hair for you and before she started I said I also booked a 10 minute massage and she goes well I don't do that and walked away. Luckily she didn't turn out to be my stylist. But, that was really offputting, and one of the workers nearby started laughing after she said that. I think that was very unprofessional. The prices are good and the quality of services has been good but the fact that someone was so rude and dismissive just really put me off so I'm not really sure if I'm gonna come back here.
