Wow where do I start? I've had this crazy craving for pizza for awhile and haven't found much luck in this town. This pizza is so so good and reminds me of New York pizza, thin crust, quality ingredients. I got the cheese with mushrooms added and it brought me right back to NYC. This hits the spot like no other and will definitely be my go to spot now! Also I love that they have a pick up window that's convenient with online ordering. I used to come here regularly and enjoyed their food and coffee .Unfortunately I will no longer be a patron of Acre. They are no longer excepting cash. Hopefully they will decide to bring that option back as I can't imagine they would want to continue losing out on business because of it. Until then I will spend my cash elsewhere. read more

It's my favorite pizza in Petaluma! Have tried the farm pizza with mushrooms (I add marinara sauce and think it's delicious), poblano (which is my favorite), cheese, pepperoni and pesto. All delicious, highly recommend! read more

I've visited San Rafeal, Novato, Sonoma and Petaluma and this is the best pizza hands down. The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce doesn't over power the toppings. read more

This is the best pizza in the county. Hands down! Why is there only four stars??? It's sooooo yummy. The Detroit is out of this world all crispy and chewy and salty and dreamy! And the regular crust is so crispy and chewy. And the gluten free is the best I've ever had! Just make sure to request this: do not burn or blacken the edges, unless you want that - some people do! I like the char on a gluten crust but it was not good on the GF. We love the potato, and the pesto plus their yummy local soco sausage. I have to stop myself from ordering this pizza more than once a week! If I'm lucky I get away without ordering it weekly, it's hard to resist but not really in my mind what I should be eating regularly. That would be more vegetables and less pizza but dang it's good. Soooo disappointed! We spent over $100 on pizza and it was just not good. The pesto had walnuts on it , didn't notice that on the menu, very unpleasant surprise and super salty. The sausage pizza was so salty we couldn't eat it. The potato pizza was ok . The Detroit style was the only good pizza. All didn't have enough sauce. Crust was good although burnt on one. This spot is amazing! I was shocked to discover an awesome coffee spot had completely converted into a pizza joint. A colleague recommended it highly, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm vegan, so I was thrilled that they use Miyoko's mozzarella! Super tasty crust. They take great care in choosing their ingredients, and it shows. read more

This is by far the best pizza in Petaluma and rivals the best pizzas in the greater Bay Area. Their crust and variety of styles set them apart. If you've been missing Rosso's wood-fired thin crust pizzas as much as I do, this is the place (er, take out place) but even better, with thick crust options my kids LOVED. Top notch ingredients on everything so far. Cilantro pesto pizza, with walnuts! Expanded my world! I'll hope the salad menu grows. Awesome deep dish careful to confirm you ordered deep dish. I once ordered and assumed it was going to be deep dish and got normal crust.

Do not recommend! We waited over an hr to have never received our food. We even checked on the order and we're told about 5 to 10 minutes. After 10 more minutes we went back up to check on the order and were told there was an issue with the printer receipt. Remind you everyone around us was being served. I was mistaken about Acre not refunding the tip I left. It was on my statement the following day. It was pointed out to me that they were not really prepared for in-house dining yet so I will try them again in a few months to see if the ambiance and the cooks have improved. read more

Are you kidding me? This pizza is outrageous! It is truly tied with my favorite pizza pie in NYC. The sauce, the crust, the cheese ratio and the mushrooms just do not get any better! My husband has a gluten allergy so he got the Detroit Gluten pizza and in his words "Oh My God, are you sure that was gluten free? Today's Farm Special Pizza was really good, but it should have stayed in the pizza oven a bit longer. Potato pizza lacked flavor -- the potato was undercooked, and it needed more, like lemon zest, goat cheese, capers. More oven time would help, too. Everyone is right! The Detroit pepperoni pizza is the best pizza I have ever had. From the spicy pepperoni, pillowy crust with the crispy edges (to die for) , cheesy cheese and the spicy sauce was perfection! Husband not a pizza guy but loved it. Don't know why we waited so long. read more

In complete fairness I can't judge the food for I was so disappointed in the customer service I left before even ordering. I came in acre pizza in Petaluma to grab a quick bite to eat for me and my girlfriend before hitting the Petaluma outlets. We arrived around 2:50 (the menu says everyday between 12-3pm they do a 12$ pizza lunch special instead of the normal 20$-25$) I was happy I made it just in time to order one more before the special ended that day. When we came in nobody was behind the registers so we calmly waited to be helped. Finally almost 10 minutes later of standing here with no help from anybody or even someone to check and say we'll be right with you. Nobody seemed to even be in the building.. ay 3:04 someone finally came out of the employee bathroom. It was a young gal who walked over. At this point I was a little disappointed that now is is past 3 wine I got here we'll before 3 wanting to order the special it is not my fault that I had to wait for her to leave the bathroom a whole 10 min. She came out and I explained to her we have been sitting here for over 10 minutes and well before 3. She said we're not doing the special anymore. I agian stated that I have been here waiting for her to take my order and that's why it is past 3 now she got rude and said we're not doing it. I absolutely couldn't believe the audacity to sit in the bathroom while on your shit not even your break. And sit in there for over 10 minutes while leaving the customer and restaurant completely unattended and then after making us miss the special refused to acknowledge that had she been doing her job it never would have happened. She then got dude and let us both walk out without even a sorry. Absolutely terrible service and extremely disappointed this is how your employees are treating people. I understand having to use the bathroom and that's fine. Standing there for 10-15 min unattended at all is not fine nor the rudeness after I simply point out we've been here since way before the special even ended. Never tried the food here and if this is the customer service here then that will never change. Mabye I'll try another acre pizza in a different city but this is not it read more
