Ordered online. Got a notification my pizzas were ready. But when I arrived. They weren't. They were nice & greeted me when I walked in. My order was rung up at the register. Then the man went to help prepare my pizza without washing his hands. I'm not sure why restauntuers/food business owners feel like they can jump in to touch food anytime without washing hands.... My kids were excited to get free personal pizzas for good grades and attendance, and they went in to redeem them, and the owner turned them away and refused to redeem the personal pizza. He said they could come back the next day before 3pm. It says nowhere on the coupon a time frame it has to be redeemed. Can you imagine being a business owner and turning a 13-year-old away who comes into get a $10 pizza. I will never shop at this location again. I've picked up my order at Pizza Guy as well as had them deliver for both my work and home and have not been disappointed (except the time where I paid for 3 toppings & they were super chinzy with the sausage (maybe 13 pieces) & the sliced onions). When it comes to delivery the pizza was always hot but not too hot that you that the cheese would burn the roof of your mouth. In the words of Goldie Locks, it was juuuuuust right. I've also ordered various salads from here as well as the flatbread pizzas and a couple of the bread sticks and all were tasty. There is plenty of parking as it is located in the Leg Horn Shopping Center with a several other businesses. And they currently a free offer of Dreyers ice cream if you check in with your Yelp app and purchase $10 or more when you pick up in the restaurant (not for delivery). Can't say no to a free dessert - pretty sweet deal! Also, you can order online but I usually call my order in as there is no option online to order a half & half pizza (haven't found a pizza joint yet that has it) so it's just easier calling the order in, plus you get a more accurate time for deliveries. read more

Just go to Safeway and grab a frozen pizza and save your money and get a better pizza. Not sure what happened there. New owner. Historically , this was a decent / good pizza, but our cheese and combo pizza was horrible. I mean horrible! We ended up tossing it. Called to let them know and they said their ingredients come to them and they just put it on the pizza. Pizza was uncooked on the undercarriage. We picked order up late, however, the bottom wasn't even cooked. Manager said he would give us a refund. I was grateful. Didn't even ask for one. Never got refund. Went in to check on refund and new owner said they don't offer refunds. The owner has a horrible attitude and literally didn't care. My mind is blown. Food: Good - Ordered a large pineapple, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni pizza - I asked them to go light on the cheese, which was perfect for me because I got a good balance between all the toppings, sauce, and the bread - The crust wasn't too thick like it said on the initial review, I actually thought it wasn't too doughy (like Costco or Dominos) - The pizza was pretty tasty and I checked out the prices online, this pizza probably would've been $30, which is pretty expensive but I also saw a few different coupons that made it cheaper to do a combo deal or buy multiple pizzas so I'd think that'd be the way to go Location: Decent - Can be tough to find since it's a bit hidden - It's located next to Safeway and a yogurt place - There is a park nearby which might be nice to grab a slice afterwards or spend the afternoon relaxing in the sun and grubbing - There are a few seats inside the place that could seat small groups Overall, pretty good pizza. the worst customer service ive ever seen. i ordered a pizza at 2:40 said 45 minute delivery time called back at 3:50 to see where my pizza was they told me the driver left 20 minutes ago. i called them back at 4:15 told them i wanted my money back because i never got my pizza. they told me it was delivered to the parts department an hour ago. yet i never got it. i checked the cameras the driver just dropped the pizza in the mechanics shop. ice cold they refused to give me my money back stating that they can only refund money in the first hour. but i did call in the first hour as a large dealership we order from them at least once a week we will never ever order from them again no management at all not my problem worst customer experience ever $30.00 out the window they would not even leave a message for their manager disappointing zero stars read more

I was at a bingo game in Petaluma. Starving. You'd never believe it if you saw me, But I really was starting. Anyone who plays bingo knows that it can last up to six hours. My Internet was limited there so I picked the first place that came up. First of all it took over an hour. The driver did not bring any plates peppers cheese napkins etc. $43 for a large pizza, I would expect better than that. That price did include a tip of 5 bucks. None of that mattered. It was so good. This was a great opportunity to try a new pizza place. They are located in a shopping center so plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and super efficient. They offer a variety of pizzas and some specialty pizzas as well as some sweet desserts to go along with the pizza. They have 20 oz & 2 Liter bottled soda to take to go with your pizza. They also have pints of ice cream for those warm Sonoma County days. I ordered the all meat and it was plentiful...fresh, and hot. I will return again at a later date! Picked up an Extra Large pepperoni and mushroom pizza, half extra sauce, half sausage and other half bacon pizza. We both liked it - good tasting melted mozzarella, the dough was very good, the sausage was the slightly hot Italian kind Mmmmm, and crispy bacon. All very delicious- their aesthetic is low on sauce which doesn't make it a bad pizza- my buddy LOVED it, I liked it a lot too but prefer more sauce you just have to know that going into it. Ordered from Pizza Guys tonight. Read the reviews... which were all from people that were given free pizzas.... I wasn't sure how legit they would be, but I went for it anyway. Ordered online and was told the wait would be approximately 45 minutes. It was exactly that - so far so good. I ordered the potato bowl with bacon on the side (I don't eat pork, my husband does), the pesto pizza, and the spinach salad. The spinach salad was basically spinach, some tomato wedges and a handful of cheese. It was fine. The potato bowl came with the bacon mixed in, so I didn't eat it and the pizza had black hair in it, which I found in the first slice... so again, couldn't eat it. My husband ate a couple slices from the other side of the pizza because he's a guy and hair pizza is better than no pizza I guess. I wanted to give this place the chance to fix it, but when I called they just wanted to give me a coupon for a discount or maybe free pizza? I get the idea... get me to come back, but I won't go back, so I declined. They screwed up my order and there was long black hair in the pizza. (My husband and I are blonde, no chance it was ours). The man thanked me for my feedback and we hungup. He was polite enough, but I don't think "thank you for your feedback" was the right response. I think they should have issued a refund... because gross. The pizza wasn't too bad (the couple bites I had), but I won't be back. I recommended that they use hair nets on the phone. Last night we got a take home pizza from here as part of a Yelp event. We switched it up a bit and opted to try one with their signature garlic white sauce, ground beef, feta and red onion and I must say that three of us ate it and everyone enjoyed it. The toppings were fresh and well distributed and the pizza was very flavorful because of the garlic sauce. The crust (we had the traditional) was pretty basic. This is a chain and they have a very easy online ordering process. The staff was very pleasant and our pizza was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up. The pizza was served in the box on top of a separate piece of open corrugated cardboard. I found this to be a little frustrating because every time you picked up a slice the cheese from the edges was melted down and stuck in the cracks of the cardboard. It was not easy to retrieve so we lost a lot of cheesy goodness to that cardboard. Darn you cardboard! I would certainly eat this pizza again. read more

The moment I stepped into this place to the time I left, every team members seemed to be busy working on something. But, customer service was still at its best; prompt, courteous, and helpful. We got a Pesto Chicken pizza and a Cinna-Twist. The Pesto Chicken pizza was delicious. The Tuscany thin crust was very good (way better than a regular crust). The only way it could be better is by adding some acidic flavor (we added some cherry tomatoes to our pizza and its soo....good....). For those who love cinnamon sugar, the Cinna-Twist is not to be missed. This is a new restaurant in Petaluma. It is a great start. Easy to order on the phone, and my order was ready in 15 minutes-- just when they said it would be. As for the pizza...I'm really picky about crust. Generally, thin crust is where it's at and heavy, thick crust is the enemy. I would say this crust is more "medium" than thick or thin, but I didn't mind at all because it's so light and airy.
