Pizza arrived hot. That's the good news. The pizza was disappointing. It looked and tasted like a day old pie that was underwhelming from the start. The flavor was more like a pizza flavored cracker. I could not pick out any single flavor. It was all a mish-mash. Things that were on my pizza.. mushrooms, sausage, red onions and roasted red peppers. I anticipated a pie that had discernible ingredients but, it was all just blah. I couldn't even taste crust or sauce. The texture was like that of a piece of leather. Not pleasant. And I'm a person who normally eats all of the crust. I had a hard time making it through one piece. We eat frozen pizza occasionally (Safeway Signature Select) and I really wish I'd have gone for that instead. It is far superior to the leathery and flavorless pizza I ordered today. I'm a regular customer. I keep going back! For me, the pizza always comes out piping hot and with fresh ingredients. I can see where some lady brought her pizza home with her. Maybe she lives 2 hours away. She should have had it fresh, because when this pizza is fresh, it's my favorite. If you're a basic person, I'm sure you could get an amazing pepperoni or cheese pizza and really enjoy it fresh. But if you want to try something a little bit out of the box, try one of the unique flavors. You can get a pizza with a Thai influence. You can get barbecue pork pizza. There are plenty of pizzas with fresh veggies packing flavor. Even if I didn't work in the area, Extreme Pizza would still be my craving. read more

I can only assume that massive cost cuts must have been made in the quality of food that this location now uses, as the all the mainstays have become nearly inedible. The prices, however, remain as robust as ever. The wings were anemic and cooked nearly to carbonization, which was good because the watery ranch dressing, having been out of blue cheese, served to rehydrate them. The best thing about the Thai chicken salad is that I took it to go and was able to make it something one might eat after intense doctoring at home. I'm giving one star for sentimentality as this used to be a place where I would consider for the above and the pizza. The pizza is hard to mess up so they still have that but all the ancillary foods are shadows of their former selves and to be avoided. read more

Hands down one of the best pizzas ever: classic crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella & goat cheeses, Italian sausage, basil. It smelled and tasted great*. Of course the real test of a good pizza is how it tastes in the morning. It was STILL great. My only cavil was that the basil was on top and dry. I think it would have been better if it had been cooked under the cheese. *I didn't have COVID but I lost my sense of smell and taste over a year ago. Most food smells pretty bad to me so when I say it smelled great that counts for a lot. I could also taste the more subtle flavors, which is something that I rarely do these days. Finally, the delivery was prompt and the pizza was hot. What more could you ask for? read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. Manager is named John. He just hung up in my face. When I called back, he admitted he hung up claiming i was being unreasonable. They got our order wrong around Christmas & was supposed to credit my wife's credit card $45. Instead 3 days later when we realized they hadn't, we called back & they said they hadn't, it was too late & the best they could do was offer me $30 credit. Reluctantly we agreed, upset but at that point, was out of options. John hung up on me tonight & we WILL NEVER EVER order Extreme again. I will tell everyone I know!!! Have ordered the same exact order from this place off and on for well over a year, med. calzone and pepperoni pizza. Never ever had an issue until tonight. There was NO PEPPERONI on the pizza! I called and was told the mgr. was out making deliveries and would receive a call back. The mgr. called and argued with me that he made the pizza himself and knows there was pepperoni on it, so what you're saying I'm lying for a lousy $2.40 add on! A simple apology was all that was needed, he was not budging. If indeed there was pepperoni on that pizza it was so paper thin it must have melted into the crust. We have been ordering pizza using the online portal for delivery for about a year now & our order has always been correct, on time & hot. Our delivery driver has always been polite & friendly. Tonight we had an order set for a particular time. One minute before that time, we got a phone call to say the drive just left & was very sorry he was running behind. Now I don't know about others, but I have never had a restaurant call to say they were in their way & running behind. Driver was only 7 minutes past my order time. No huge deal to us.
