We took special precautions they directed me on how to move it into a parking spot (everyone helped push and direct traffic)and I had it towed to the dealership. She was willing to take care of the keys to the tow person as well because I have not seen my mom in years, but we sat there and waited for the tow because I did not want to interrupt her anymore than I already had. In my hour of sitting there I could tell that this staff all like each other and get along really well when they are changing oil.
