I was excited to have my work done as fast as they promised, until I learned their promises are as reliable as the Federal government. FWIW, I had 9 company systems needing cleaning, updates, repair. We don't have internal IT, and the person who was doing our IT has retired. We had been told Supertech was the place to turn. We were told wrong, and that was clear in the first minutes of conversation. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. I was asking a question and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me after telling me they didn't have the RAM I was seeking. I also needed SSD's for all 9 computers. Perhaps the owner could have *listened* and perhaps asked a question before blowing off another business that spends steep on hardware for our work in the survey and drone industry. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them. Shortly after I left this review, the business tracked me down and began harassing me over text (They had my number from Caller ID) Definitely a place to avoid. Passive aggressive reeks from this place. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. Under any circumstances. Another dealer in Henderson was thorough, asking all the right questions, and although they don't take tradeins on RAM (We have 300GB of RAM to trade-in towards 600GB of RAM) they helped us find a place who does buy RAM, and they have ordered the 9 sets of Crucial 64GB. My gaming computer all of a sudden decided to start acting up and not performing as usual. I decided to take it back to Best Buy to have it looked at since they are the ones who built it and I also have a membership where I don't have to pay for repairs. When I got it back from them it was worse than when I took it in. At this point I decided I would take it elsewhere and just pay someone to check it out. After searching online, I found Atul at NVpcfix who had great ratings, so I took it to him. Atul looked at it and took his time checking out piece by piece since my computer is very high tech. He first showed me where the report from Best Buy said they updated the Bios, but didn't etc. I liked Atul because he was not one of those Techs who takes your computer and disappears in the back room then come out and gives it back to you. Atul sat down with me and walked me through everything he was doing so I would understand what he was doing. He would put in a new part and then let me take it home and try it out, since my game needs a half Gig of internet speed. I worked with Atul for 3 days until he found the culprit. He had it back to working like a charm. Atul gave me a price upfront and at the end never, waivered from that price. I also appreciate his honesty as he also never tried to sell me parts I didn't need. This flat rate price he gave me for all the diagnostic work he did, ended up the same. Nate came the very next day to pick up our computers and would return them the next day, wait...what? That type of service just dosen't exist today, was very pleasantly surprised. Once Nate had the computers he called within a few hours to go over the work he needed to do, it matched exactly what Tim said on the phone, the costs were exactly the same. At this point I haven't even booted up my computer but with this first impression I truly believe that my computer is 100% better today than yesterday. Will update once I have it up too.
