So i was working around the house one day and while I was vacuuming I bumped into my baseboard and noticed that it was coming apart so as I looked closer I noticed little white bugs, so i called my brother who is an exterminator in Texas and i sent him some photos and he confirmed that they were termites. I called my pest control company and they sent someone out to check the house for me and explained that they could spray some stuff in the wall in that area and did a ditch in the dirt around my house and this would take care of the problem, I said that I needed to talk to my brother first. I emailed him all their paperwork and he called and said what they wanted to do would not work and to call someone else. I asked some friends and was referred to action termite so i set up an appointment for them to come out to inspect my whole house, they even found termites that the other company missed and explained what they would have to do which was double the amount of work the other company wanted to do, again I emailed the paperwork to my brother and he said that was how the job was supposed to be done and that the price and warranty they offered was very good. He did some research on them since he knows what to look for better then me and told me that everything he found looked great and i should go with them so I did. When the guy came out to do the job he walked around my house and explained everything he was going to do which was everything the person that did the inspection said they would do, he was very friendly and did a great job. When he was done he walked me around the house again to show me everything he did and asked if I had any questions which I did not. A week later a manager called me to make sure the service was everything I was promised & expected and I explained that it was great and thanked him. we have been using action since termites were found on our final walk through of our house sale. they are quick, responsive, and friendly. aaron valenzuela has been the GOAT in taking care of our home inside and out. if pest control is the nba, aaron is jordan in '96!! i used to love bugs, spending hours in my backyard overturning rocks and climbing branches in attempts of furthering this love and fostering this curiosity. then on an ill-fated day in northwest michigan, a deer fly betrayed the bond i previously held with insects of all types. the air wrought with betrayal and anger, a testament sworn that day to never trust an insect again. any person who finds truth in the fruitlessness of a grudge held, has not looked into the eyes of a deer fly after a battle lost and seen the absolute disdain and contempt held in their wanting for naught. though this grudge was individually made--and for a number of years crusaded in solace, i was never shy to the notion of adding another to the cause, should they be of noble character. aaron has proved his character three-fold and i find now that some battles are best fought alongside another. I moved into my house 11 years ago and had quite a bit of visible termite damage. I had my house treated the next year and after a few estimates I went with Action Termite. I had help choosing too bc I was young and just had no idea. At that time, they were able to offer me a 10 year warranty, also allowing me to prepay the annual inspection fee, which was really nice because I wouldn't have to worry about it for 10 years. They no longer offer a 10 year option to be clear. I believe it's 5 to 7 or 8 now... Jeremy, who just completed my inspection, literally told me 5 min ago and I forgot already. I'm the worst. Anyway, my experience with them has always been fantastic. They are professional, polite, friendly, on time, quick, and even worked with me when I scheduled my annual inspection a little late. Oh and I also don't remember there being a mess after initially treating my house. Today's inspection was no different. And I've still had 0 signs of termites since my very first treatment. I too also bought a 5 yr. plan from Action Termite. Im a veteran and was going through a house refi and needed a company for termite inspection. I came across Action Termite and decided to give them a try. Action Termite has not fallen short of the commitment they made. I just had my one year inspection, which they called and reminded me about. Even after the initial inspection and treatment, months later I saw evidence with the termites. I called Action termite and they came back out in less than a week. Treated again cleaned up after themselves and asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood what to expect and that if I had any other issues to give them a call. I read other reviews and understand what companies say and do are two different things at times. No company is perfect and not everybody is going to be satisfied with the work. Thats why we have the BBB to complain to if any issues do occur if companies don't do what they promise. The 'warranty' is nonsense. As another poster stated, they only contact you when they want you to renew your 'warranty' and make no follow-ups to schedule a free inspection to see how things are going. What really irked me into writing this review is that they called me 6 months before my 'warranty' was up for renewal and said, "Oh, what they did 6 months ago wasn't for the whole house, only your garage. We need to renew your warranty for the whole house and you owe $XXX.XX" That's not true. Six months ago would've been their first time walking my house. They did a full inspection and decided to apply the treatment through the garage area. The rep on the phone had no service skills and wasn't hearing me. When I asked to use my free annual inspection instead, I was put on hold. She came back on the line after a few minutes and avoided my request. Needless to say, I will go with another service. We have been using Action Termite & Pest Control for over a year. They have helped us get rid of ants and have kept them from coming back. Our technician Johnny is courteous and friendly, and always on-time. He calls ahead to let us know that he is on the way. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions. He has also spotted a few problems when they were small, before they became a big issue. I find the company trustworthy and that has a lot to do with the technicians. I will continue to spend my money with them. Went on yelp to receive estimates from multiple companies to get our house eradicated from termites. Action Termite was not the least expensive but the inspector that came out seemed to have the most knowledge and from what I thought provide the best approach towards a thorough treatment. While some companies focus on doing the minimum in order to compete on having the lowest price Action termites approach was more focused on providing the best termite treatment. The technician that came out called 30 mins before his 10-12 arrival time to let me know he would be here at 10am. He was clean and uniformed. Before starting the termite treatment the technician went over exactly what he was going to be doing to insure we were on the same page. The treatment process was quick and painless. I don't what's wrong with this company have been using them 7-8 years for monthly treatments for some odd reason they felt the need to steal the lock off my gate along with the key I've had no less than 5 calls to them asking me to bring my lock back that Michael stole and was promise they would , now they can't located it and wanted me to take time out of my schedule and email a copy to them they stole why should I have to waste my time I ask them to bring me a new lock and 7 keys for others accessing my property or credit my account Erica promised me the credit would be processed which it still hasn't been done. They have raised their price twice in the last year and service has gotten worse to the point they can't even remember when they were last out and have attempted to send their techs out 2 weeks apart Stay away from this company they don't seem to respect their loyal customers read more

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I renew my contract annually but it had been 12 years since the initial major treatment had been done. Had an appointment today for an inspection with a very kind, handsome Michael Ayala. He did an awesome job of educating me about the importance of keeping up with treatment. The "when" not "if" came into play for me today and tomorrow my home & property will be treated and I will have a new 5 year contract. I'm pleased that the cost is very reasonable compared to what friends have told me they paid with other companies they have used. I use Action for my bimonthly insect spraying as well. i like that I have an assigned technician so he knows my property and we both know what to expect with each visit. I've been using Action Termite & Pest Control for 3 years and I've never had bad service. Every technician that's come to our house has been so great. I don't even have to be home when they've sprayed the house. Of course, it's just the outside. But still, they notify me when they've arrived and when they've left. John Haley actually just did my service today and he was very communicative, gave me a report on what he did and since I wasn't home, he asked if I'd like him to stay until I got back, in case I needed the inside done as well. I really appreciated that. Also, it was garbage day and since the garbage cans were out in the street, he moved them back to the side of the house.That was just above and beyond! My initial experience with Action Termite was typical, good presentation, great marketing material, this is how they caught me, I purchased the $1000 5 year warranty plan, work completed in Sept 2013 and as of today I still have termites. They offered to apply a spray to the visual effected area. If the top of the line service packet didn't work, what would some cheap spraying accomplish. I tried for 1 week to speak to Office Manger Mike Sandoval, no reply. I tried to speak to the owner, no luck. When I did finally speak to Mike, he was rude and had the typical arrogant attitude once these crooks get your money, he said termites never go away and that is why I purchased a warranty. He gave me a business card and brochure. We made an appointment to have the same type review. Art came out and ran us through our options. He was professional, thorough and quite knowledgeable regarding the pests we have here in Arizona. We were very pleased with Art's presentation and ordered a service by Action Termite. Jason, the inspector, did a thorough job inspecting our home. He arrived today with Paul the service person, who would do the work on our home. They spent about a half an hour discussing and walking the property. Paul then got right to work on our home. As we have now laid tile flooring in most of our home, Paul was able to get where he needed to apply the product, without destroying our home. Additionally our cool deck surfaced patio does not look destroyed, like it did with our previous termite service 20 years ago. He also did a nice job working around the pavers in our front entry walkway. Paul came prepared with a bag of sand to replace what was displaced with the treatment. I found these guys on Rosie on the House. They are GREAT! I called four termite companies. Two never called back. One took three days and could not set an appointment for an inspection for nearly a week out. Action called me back within an hour. Had the inspector out the next day! The inspector was through and explained everything clearly. He obviously know his stuff. Got the treatment scheduled within two days of the inspection. The crew arrived on time and did a through job. I had a minor issue with some dust that inadvertently did not get cleaned up. With in minutes of my email I had several folks call me to follow up and they got a crew out the next day to finish the clean up. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Best company I have worked with in 20 years. Always fair pricing and they don't try to sell you unnecessary stuff. They do however recommend intelligent solutions for pest problems you may have. An example was last year I thought I had Aphids just chewing up my lovely flowers and plants. My guy Johnny took a look and identifies it was not aphids I was seeing, but moth caterpillar poop. I was shocked actually, but when we inspected the plants sure enough those little green crawling buggers were everywhere. He told me some stuff to use to get rid of them and also applied some pest control as well. They are now gone.
