They were able to get my car in quickly for a warranty concern, diagnosed the issue promptly, and ordered the necessary part. He kept me informed and made sure my issue was taken care of efficiently. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Kia Marin to anyone needing service for their vehicle.

For over a year, we repeatedly brought our Kia to this dealership because we were experiencing a concerning jerking motion when stopping, as well as instances where the car would completely lose power when pressing the accelerator. Each time, we were told there was nothing wrong because the service department could not recreate the issue. After continuing to insist that something was not right, I finally took the car to another Kia dealership. They immediately identified the problem: the transmission needed to be replaced. Adrian in the service department repeatedly dismissed my husband's concerns and his insistence that something was wrong. After more than a year of bringing the vehicle in and being told there was no issue, all we received was a "sorry" and a response along the lines of, "We never had issues with it." This is the vehicle I use to transport my young child, which makes this experience particularly upsetting. I am incredibly thankful that nothing more serious happened while she was in the car. Thankfully, the full transmission replacement was covered under warranty, but that does not change how disappointed we are with the way our concerns were handled. We trusted this dealership with our vehicle and repeatedly raised concerns about a potentially serious safety issue, only to have those concerns dismissed. We will not be returning to Kia Marin for future service, and based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here if this is the level of service and attention you can expect afterward.

Not only did they get me approved, they secured an APR nearly 10% lower than what I was offered from CarMax and Carvana. Joel (Sales) was incredible throughout the entire process. He even checked in on my deal on his day off and stayed involved the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. What stood out the most was that he genuinely cared that I was comfortable with the financing -- not just that the deal got approved. He even helped arrange transportation so I could get from San Jose to pick up the vehicle 2.5 hours away. That level of effort is rare, especially on a used vehicle deal. Gino (Finance) also did an outstanding job. He secured the lowest rate I've been offered in years and even discounted a warranty so I could have coverage without stretching my budget. The entire finance process was transparent, honest, and completely pressure-free. The service department also delivered. The vehicle was fully taken care of and everything was handled professionally. After being dismissed by other dealerships, this team made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. I drove over two hours to work with them, and it was absolutely worth it. Now I'm the proud owner of a great Chevrolet Tahoe that my family really needed. Huge thanks to Joel, Gino, and the entire team. Experiences like this are why great dealerships stand out. By the Way ! After re reading all the posts about them hiding add ons ....or being shady I call nonsense to that..... it's BS ! They are extremely upfront humble and honest ! They offer add ons like they do gap or extended warranty . They offered to me , nothing was 'forced' 'hidden' . Unreal how some people react to people just trying to do their job . A simple no , not interested was all I said ...not one follow up on the topic ...how is that pressure??? Or hidden ??? It's an offer !

I called Novato Chevrolet specifically to confirm that a vehicle I found online was available to…read moresee in person before making the drive up from San Francisco. Miguel assured me it was there. Based on that confirmation, I rented a car and drove 50 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes while Miguel searched for the vehicle. He then returned with someone who appeared to be a manager to inform me that the car was not on the lot and wouldn't arrive until Thursday. This is exactly the scenario I called ahead to avoid. What followed was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and genuinely apologizing, Miguel's partner pivoted into a sales pitch about what a great "deal" the car was, as if I needed convincing. I was already there. He also mentioned he'd received five other calls about the vehicle, which raises an obvious question: if there's that much interest, how did he not know the car hadn't arrived yet? I lost a full afternoon and the cost of a rental car because an employee either didn't bother to verify inventory before confirming availability or simply told me what I wanted to hear to get me through the door. Either way, it's unacceptable. A simple, honest phone call "the car isn't here yet, but we expect it Thursday" or actually checking when they were asked to would have saved everyone's time and preserved my trust. Instead, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ray called to let me know he was behind, which I really appreciated--it showed he was considerate of my time. The transaction itself went extremely smoothly. After bringing the car home, I noticed a nick in the windshield. I called them, and Omid (salesman/finance guy/owner) told me to bring it back the next day. He had someone there to fix it just like he promised. They also gave me great advice about the extended warranty without being pushy at all. Honestly, they didn't have that typical "used car dealership" feel--they were straightforward, professional, and treated me more like a friend than a customer. I would 100% recommend this place. They took the time to answer every question, made sure everything was exactly as promised, and treated me with respect throughout the entire transaction. The vehicle was presented beautifully, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and I left feeling like I got a great car and was treated fairly. I've bought plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the best dealership experiences I've had. It's refreshing to deal with a dealership that values honesty, customer service, and long-term relationships instead of simply trying to make a sale. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Five stars all the way.

That was the right call. Cartelligent sourced my 2023 911 GTS, and the experience was excellent. David, the founder, knows both the cars and the market. That led me to choose a low-mileage CPO car for my first Porsche--a decision I'm glad I was pushed toward. I worked with Christian throughout the purchase and delivery, and he was professional and attentive. The delivery specialist handled the handoff with real care. I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!
