I initially contacted another moving company for an interstate move from San Diego to Las Vegas. They took direction well, were very friendly and communicative and helped with the little details with no issues or complaints. I'm really hoping we've found our long time home here...but should we need to move locally again in the future, we will definitely hire Coyotes Moving again! Zach worked with us to help compensate for the timing inconvenience due to their earlier client and we're very thankful for that considering we were working under our own time contraints that we scheduled weeks in advance to account for. 12/10 would hire again and will definitely recommend!

We have hired Strong Bros Moving twice. Unbeknownst to me, both times, THE MOVE WAS OUTSOURCED TO…read moreANOTHER CHEAPER COMPANY. (You pay for the more expensive company, they hire cheaper movers and pocket the extra... Which I had no idea of when we booked with them. I do think the customer should be informed of this.) It appears Yelp has the more honest reviews. Google seemed to have screened the negative ones. The first time I hired them for my parents, they were fantastic. (Either that, or my parents were being nice since it was a gift.) The second time, it was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. We had a 9 a.m. appointment that I confirmed the time, the number of movers and the starting location address the day before. An HOUR after our appointment time, it was discovered they were at the wrong address across town. Finally an HOUR AND A HALF AFTER our appointment, 3 of the 4 hired movers arrived. (See camera footage.) The fourth worker didn't arrive until 11:20. (TWO HOURS, 20 MINUTES late.) One out of the four movers seemed to know what he was doing. When it was easy, straightforward boxes , everyone kept busy. When it came to furniture or odds and ends, it was a lot of standing around waiting to be told what needs to be done. We paid four workers for a good 1-2 hours while they walked around, trying to look busy , while only one or two kept consistently working. One worker in particular kept asking "what's this? Does this need to go?" ..... We're moving... It all needs to go .... He kept going to the side of the house.. I was assuming he was grabbing stuff and putting it in the truck. To my surprise, once I went back to the house later, he hadn't moved the items on the side. (See photo.) I would not use them again. A move is stressful enough without adding a headache.

After hearing the…read morecost of the repairs to my flooring to be performed correctly, (I have LVP so it can't be sanded out like he wanted) Ron called me an extortionist, (even after I offered a way to settle and requesting that he USE his "insurance"), then he GHOSTED me and is evading being served. After taking legal action, I came to find out his website has dummy links for the warranty and contracts as well as a revoked license, so he probably doesn't even have insurance. Also he is not BBB accredited as his website would make it appear. You shouldn't move people out of homes that you can't afford to fix if you damage them.
