An hour was perfect time for us, and we rode around the bay for some good views and nice wind. Ladies, Do a Yelp check in for a free basket to hold your purse. They also provide a lock and key in case you want to stop somewhere and lock your bikes up. These are beach cruisers so no handlebar brakes (you have to back pedal to brake) just FYI. I prefer hand brakes, but this gets the job done.

During our break we locked up our bikes and then when we tried to unlock them the lock was stuck. Thankfully when we called the guy at the store he did a FaceTime and helped us figure out what was going on with the lock. When he walked us through on how to unlock the jammed lock, he knew exactly what was going on. Overall it was a great experience and very friendly service at a very good price. We rented the beach cruisers which is the very basic bike you can get at $15 an hour, and then helmets and baskets are extra. It was worth it and we'd rent bikes here again! This occasion was particularly significant as it was intended to be my son's very first bonfire, and we arrived with high hopes of creating cherished family memories. However, upon our arrival at the designated location, we were met with an empty site - absolutely no setup had been made by Bayside Bonfires personnel. Despite repeated attempts to reach your company via email and phone calls, we received no response. Even the hotel's front desk staff, who kindly tried to assist us, were unable to establish any contact with your organization. The profound disappointment my family, especially my son who as Autism Diagnosis experienced was immense. What was meant to be a joyful Mother's Day celebration was instead transformed into an evening of confusion, frustration, and unmet expectations. To compound this unfortunate situation, the complete absence of any proactive communication or apology from Bayside Bonfires following this incident has left us feeling utterly disregarded and has only deepened our distress. They only replied to an email through their special events email 2 months later thinking they were getting a large booking from me. Interesting they can respond to those emails. If you look at other reviews, they have done this to others.
