My father ended up in the emergency room and our entire family dealt with a horrible medical (physical and mental) crisis. Thanks, "Dr" Lee! A minute or two later, I finished the paperwork. At 3:05 p.m. I asked the receptionist what time my appointment was, thinking perhaps I had made a mistake. She confirmed it was scheduled for 2:30 but noted that I had paperwork to complete. She then told me the doctor would be available shortly. By 3:15 p.m., I had been waiting for nearly an hour and unfortunately had to leave due to other obligations. I have never been treated the way I was in a doctors office. Taking another patient ahead of me and keeping me waiting for almost an hour is simply not an acceptable way to treat a patient. I cannot comment on the quality of the care given but I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated waiting to see the doctor.
