I called and was told the lady who does the estimate will call me back and they took my info again. Still have yet to receive an email or a call back after another 2 weeks. I would have rather have been told they're not interested in doing the work or can't do it rather than be avoided/ignored. Not the service I was expecting from such a big name in town.
