Ad Pro Painting painted the exterior and interior of our house this summer and did a terrific job. We could not use scaffolding on the outside of this three story house but that did not deter Angel. And he showed concern for the neighbors who can often be affected by a job this size. I interviewed four painters for the job. While Ad Pro was not the least expensive, I sensed a strong pride in his work that made me choose Angel. He and his guys were careful, cleaned up the area regularly. The finished product is beautiful. Thank you, Angel! read more

We just had our windows, front metal railing and house trim painted by Angel and team. They were quick to complete the project in two days, and at the same time detailed and thorough. He also patched the cracks around the areas/trim. They went above and beyond, even painting my mailbox because it was in a sad rusted state. Out of all the painters we requested quotes from AD Pro was the most reasonable. Angel was very responsive with communication and professional. Will definitely hire them again for any future painting projects! read more

Angel and his team are the best!! We hired them to paint our kitchen cabinets to give our kitchen a more modern look, and boy did they deliver. He was responsive, and his price was the most reasonable of the vendors in the area we had contacted for estimates. The team's approach was very methodical, and they finished the cabinets in under 3 days. We were thrilled with the process and the end result, and recommend AD Pro Painting for ALL of your painting needs!!!! read more

AD Pro Painting is amazing! The price was great. I had received quotes from other painters for a similar price but they would not do multiple coats of paint, patching and other prep would be extra. Ad Pro Painting had a great price with all materials, paint and prep included. Angel and his crew were quick, courteous, professional and did an amazing job! Angel even made suggestions on what would work well for durability and suggested a paint color for the stairs that worked well with the color scheme I wanted. These folks are awesome to work with! I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good paint crew! read more

We've had the pleasure of working with Angel and his team at AD Pro Painting twice now: once to refresh the look of our home years ago and again to refinish after a remodel. Both times they blew the competition away in terms of price but sacrificed nothing in terms of quality. Do yourself a favor and give Angel a call for any painting you need done and done well. We'll certainly be working with him again in the near future! read more

Angel and his team did an amazing job with our full interior paint. They were fast, high quality, and price competitive. His crew were friendly and cleaned up the whole job site. AD will be my first call when I need to paint my exterior. Highly recommend! read more

AD Pro is an excellent house painter. Angel's crew took special care to prep the wood and neatly taped off areas so the details would be neat and clean. AD Pro was the lowest bid and he was able to work around rain days and finish our home in about 6 days. Angel is easy to work with, manages his crew and handles some painting himself. read more

I needed someone to fix holes around the exterior of my home. I needed a stucco patch repair. I reached out to a few painters around my area but no one wanted to do the job. Although Angel lived in Daly City, he was willing to provide me with an estimate that I thoughtwas fair given the distance he needed to travel. Before proceeding with Angel, I reached out to a fellow Elite Yelper (Diana C) to assess Angel's credibility. I was a bit hesitant since he only had 3 total reviews. After we messaged, it was clear to me that Angel was trustworthy so I gave him a shot. From my perspective, he was willing to travel out here so long as I'm willing to pay for the gas which was a reasonable request. Angel came on time and inspected the work. Since he was already here, I asked him if he could paint my front door. He was happy to and gave me a good price. I was excited on how I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone and this all was Angel's idea. I like that sharpness. With regards to his work, Angel exceeded my expectations when he was able to match the color of my house's exterior stucco color and successfully repainted my door using the same color! They looked amazing. It all blended very well, keeping the consistency while also updating the front. To my pleasant surprise, he also painted the trimmings on my front house's exterior. I am very happy with his job all around. Please refer to my pics. I highly recommend Angel as he genuinely cares about his craftsmanship and making his customers happy. He goes above and beyond. He is also licensed, bonded and insured. Give him a call! read more

I cannot recommend Angel enough! What an upstanding, honest, and reliable person! After having had some not-so-great experiences with handymen in the past, I couldn't have been happier to have found someone like Angel. We first hired him to do a drywall patch and then liked his work so much we asked him to come back and do our paint job as well. We had originally intended to do the paint job ourselves and Angel went into detail on the best approach for it and even encouraged us in our plan to be self sufficient (it was a fairly simple paint job and he was happy to tell us so), but we liked him so much we had to ask him to come back. A number of reasons I highly suggest him: 1. No bullshit pricing and upstanding character: Angel's estimate for our drywall patch and paint job was the fairest I found on the market (by FAR) and he didn't try to rip us off at all after the fact. He held to his estimate and based on what we've observed from his character, I'm sure if he hadn't he would have had a legitimate reason why he couldn't. Keep in mind pricing often varies by distance so if he is located further away from you he may have to change his pricing model to suit that. 2. High quality work: Even despite him offering a lower rate than others, Angel provided his service with care and attention to detail. He was also very efficient and got the job done smoothly and quickly. We were very happy with the end results. 3. Responsive and flexible: Angel made time for us when our work schedules got in the way of things and was always very quick to reply to messages. He was available on short notice and squeezed us into his schedule when we expressed the urgency of our project. I have no doubt in my mind I will call Angel for future projects and fix ups. He is definitely our go to handyman now! read more

Angel promptly responded to me on Yelp and came by our house to check the site and gave a reasonable quote for repainting our family room. On the day of the job, they used protective coverings for our furniture and covered holes and cracks as well. Finished the job in a few hours. We are very pleased with the outcome and have already asked for a quote for our next project- painting the exterior of the house. read more

Angel and his crew are AMAZING!!! We have engaged Angel for two major paint jobs - 1) when we moved into our home and needed to level and paint all our ceilings and all interior walls throughout our home, as well as our exterior deck, and 2) to paint our kitchen cabinets before listing our home for sale. He is very responsive to initial requests for quotes and provides extremely reasonable pricing for his services. In addition to competitive pricing, the quality of his services is SUPERB. Angel and his crew are true artists and take their time to meticulously prep, paint, and clean up after every paint job. They work very fast and go the extra mile for every routine paint job and are so respectful of your space - they leave your place looking super clean. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process beforehand so you know what to expect. Both jobs look impeccable and we couldn't be happier. Lastly and the BEST part is that Angel is such an honest, patient and kind person. He stayed extremely patient with us when we changed our minds on color after he and his guys had already painted our entire kitchen ceiling and he barely charged us for his extra time and effort (we had to insist!). He also did some work to fix errors left by our previous contractors again at no charge. His type of integrity is so refreshing in today's world! If you're looking for the best of the best in painting professionals, do NOT hesitate to book Angel and his team ASAP- you will be happy you did! read more

I highly recommend Angel and his team for your painting needs! Everything went incredibly smoothly from first contact to completion of our exterior paint job. Angel responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and was out the next day to provide a very competitive quote. He was knowledgeable and answered questions in person and very timely by email/text. We also appreciated his helpful suggestions on our color selections. His team did a great job prepping and painting our 2 story house that included wood siding and trim, stucco and brick. The entire project was completed in 5 days and our house looks so much better now and refreshed. We will have Angel and his team back in the future for our interior painting needs. I found Angel on yelp and trusted the good reviews and he didn't disappoint! We needed the exterior of our house painted All of the planning was done via text including choosing the colors etc. it was super easy and not particularly complex (but neither was our house's color scheme of black and white). He started at the beginning of the rainy season, so he had to complete the job over several weeks, but honestly it was no disruption. They just came when they looked at the forecast and it was clear. We are so happy with our place. Due to circumstances outside Angel's control, some of the floor paint got chipped so he is coming back to do it . He's very easy to deal with via text and a pleasant guy to meet in person. I would recommend him 100%. read more

Angel and his team painted the exterior of my house, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the whole process. The quality of work and attention to details are fantastic, and the price was right too. I now have the cutest and most adorable house in the neighborhood :) Angel is also easy to communicate to. He explained everything I asked him about, always responded to my messages, and did everything as we agreed on. I didn't realize that a wall adjacent to my neighbor's house needed to be taken care of too, so I'm now waiting for Angel to finish another project and come back. I found Angel here, on yelp, and I recommend him 100%. read more

Angel and his crew were the best. I couldn't be happier. They were professional and did a beautiful job. They were dependable. They arrived each day at 8am and worked till 5pm. They did a lot of extra work besides the painting, such as replacing bannisters, adding decorative molding to a window etc. They went above and beyond and my house looks beautiful. Angel is exceptionally nice to work with and wants the customer to be happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him and his crew. read more

I first hired Angel to paint our old kitchen cabinets white, and he and his team did a great job at an affordable price. They got the job done in 1.5 days and also installed all the new hardware I had ordered separately. I asked them to come back a few weeks later and paint several more rooms in the house, including two bathrooms, a stairwell, a large family room and the remainder of the kitchen. They got the job done in less than 1.5 days and did exactly what we asked. It's easy to communicate the details in advance with Angel over text and he and his team do a high quality job. I'm sure we'll contact them again in the future and will suggest them if anyone asks for a recommendation. read more

I needed our entire exterior painted and to look like (literally) a million bucks before we put it on the market. Reached out to AD and they promptly came over that same weekend to give me a quote. Angel gave me a great price. He was very responsive when trying to book time on the calendar. We had to postpone for weeks because of bad weather but when it finally cleared up he proactively reached out. The week he and his team came it was very cold but he still got the job done in half the time we expected (3 days vs 5)! The job itself looks great, he went above and beyond in doing areas I did not expect him to get to such as the inside of our porch, our door and gate and the inside of our vents Every day he was at our place he left as if he was never there. Very clean. Our neighbors even commented how courteous they were. Most importantly is that I always felt that he respected my home. When I had to leave before the job was complete, he locked and cleaned up the house for me. Could not recommend Angel enough. Thank you for the great job on our home! read more

Here's an overdue review from Jan. AD Pro Painting is wonderful to work with. I asked for an estimate and Angel came over to assess the job which was to paint a couple of bathrooms where there was some mildew and peeling paint. The next day he provided an estimate. The price was reasonable and I liked the fact that he listed the steps that he would be performing for the job. It was supposed to be a two day job, but he and his crew managed to finish in one day (they came back later after the primer was dried) which was very convenient. He also painted a vanity/mirror area (which needed painting) that was NOT part of the original estimate! That was going above and beyond and quite a nice surprise. Angel and his crew were no nonsense, polite, professional and cleaned up meticulously. The rooms look so clean and fresh as of today. I would definitely hire him for any future jobs. read more

Angel and his team did an amazing job with our apartment. They patched a softball sized hole in our drywall, spackled in dozens of places, and painted our entire apartment - two full coats - in just one day. I hired Angel and his team to paint the entire interior of my home in Alameda. He was one of 6 bids. Our home was built in 1905 and has plaster and some dry wall. We were moving and renting out our house. The interior had never been painted since we bought the house 8 years ago. I chose him because every review spoke about how he goes the extra mile to ensure his work is top quality. It's absolutely true. He patched holes perfectly around windows, light switches without me having to ask or direct him. He removed nails, screws and other materials from the walls that clearly shouldn't be there before he painted. He took care to protect our hardwood floors. He and his team worked long hours for 5 days to finish our project (1900 SQ ft). Communicated well and even painted the house the specific color our tenants requested. Very professional. I would absolutely hire him again for any painting project! Highly recommended. read more

I hired Angel and his team to paint the interior of my home. I received a few quotes for my job but I felt the most comfortable with Angel's understanding of my needs and how I wanted certain problems areas addressed. He and two of his co-workers arrived punctually and ready to go for what was to be a 2 to 3 day job. They all worked non-stop from the minute they arrived and much to my pleasure were able to finish the job in one day. The couple of areas that needs a little extra attention looked fantastic after he was done. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with and everything looks great. I would highly recommend him and will use him again. read more

Angel and his team did an excellent job with the exterior painting of our house. His estimate was 15-20% lower than what we received from other quotes (that cover the same preparation steps prior to primer and 2 coats of paint), and he and his team finished the project right on schedule with no additional or surprise charges. Angel has been responsive since the initial contact and respects the time frame that we requested without last minute changes. During the period of the painting project, his team consistently showed up on time, worked diligently, professionally and respectfully to us and our neighbors. Whenever we had questions about the progress or had additional (minor) requests, Angel addressed them timely such that by the end of day, it was evident that his team has taken care of it. At the end, not only did they produce high quality work which gave our house a fresh polished look, but they also covered some areas that we unintentionally omitted. We truly appreciate Angel and his team for their excellent quality of work and for being a very pleasant and flexible group to work with. We highly recommend Angel and his team for exterior painting project! read more
