However, after 3 long hours, my hair turned out to be a completely different color -- it was almost black. I originally had a blonde balayage that was very light, so it definitely could not have been that hard to achieve a light brown. I am unfortunately very disappointed and will not be coming here again. I also got charged way more than what I traditionally pay at hair salons.
