My neighbor's tree fell onto our property breaking the electrical and Google Fiber lines. (See photos.). After the electrical service was restored Adam's Apple came out to remove the tree and also a limb on one of our trees that was also broken by the felled tree. They were very efficient and cleaned up the area well. After the job was done, Geoff (the owner) came to my door to ask if all was to my satisfaction. I said "Absolutely!" The crew that did the work for us this time is different from the one we used in March 2023. This crew was also highly professional. They worked well as a team, carried out the tasks efficiently, and completed the work in a timely manner. This year, in addition to pruning back low hanging branches plus tree limbs hanging over our roof, we had to removed a huge, diseased oak tree that was close to our house. We were relieved that the diagnosis was correct (verified after the tree was removed and we saw the rot inside) and we removed a danger near the house. As homeowners, we appreciated how careful they were at removing very large branches so as not to damage our property or even fall in a neighbor's yard. This company really exemplifies, true customer service, knowledge, active listening to concerns and questions, education, and just how you do things right. I've used them twice at my old house in North Austin after a neighbors referral due to our sensitive massive oak trees and oak wilt concerns. we recently moved to a larger property with too many trees to count. One of the most disorganized tree services companies I've ever dealt with, though came highly recommended by a neighbor. The estimator was very friendly and punctual and got a fair quote within a few days. I reached out to for an updated estimate but no one ever followed up. Ended up agreeing to the original estimate to prune some dangerous limbs. Got a text message 2 hours after the crew was supposed to arrive saying they needed to reschedule to a different day. Sure. That day came and went without anyone showing up no one reached out and I was unable to reach anyone. I decided to leave it at that and use a different company after already taking 2 days off work. There was never any explanation why no one showed. A week later I got a text message asking If I was happy with the work so that they could invoice me. Avoid this company. read more

We highly recommend them for all tree work. We had a large, badly diseased hackberry that needed to be removed. Even though they couldn't get a permit to remove it immediately, they quickly fit us in to remove a large branch that had broken off and was leaning precariously on a neighbor's tree and threatening to damage their fence. They quoted us a fair price and threw in some extra trimming on nearby trees for no charge. Between the initial bid and the time they could do the tree removal, there was a storm that damaged an additional tree, which they folded into the project for little extra cost. They're friendly, smart, dependable and communicate promptly and clearly. They know a lot about good tree care and keenly assessed other nearby trees that needed pruning for their health, or for the safety of our house and people.
