This was my first accident so I was new at all this insurance stuff and getting my car repaired. I…read morehave a family member who used Magnum twice and loved their work. I called and spoke to Kurt who was incredibly helpful. He told me to come in any time (no appointment needed) to take a look at my car. He came out and inspected everything and told me the process of how to get my car fixed. I'm pretty attached to my girl so kept bugging Kurt almost twice a week about updates and he was always quick to respond! It did take 3 weeks to get my car back but dealing with insurance is never easy nor a quick process. The second day Magnum had my truck they had already started working on it and provided my insurance company with an estimate and ordered a part. We were really just waiting from insurance to get everything together. The day came and my car was ready! I wasn't able to pick up during their business hours so I asked Kurt if he could leave my keys somewhere. Kurt hid my keys and even sent me a pic so I could find them easily. Hot damn! She was detailed to the 9's! Washed, waxed, vacuumed, interior cleaned, shes looked like a brand new car! Yes I'm a sap and started crying. It was great to finally have her back but she looked better coming out than she did in. We have 2 large dogs so they make a mess obviously but she was incredibly clean! The bumper and tow hitch look like I wasn't ever rear ended! They really did an amazing job. Even the paint is like 100% a match. Customer service, quality of work, ease of communication, top notch! I will always recommended Magnum and while I hope to not need them again, if I do I know I'll be reassured my car and I will be taken care of.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what turned into a nearly seven-month ordeal, I feel…read morecompelled to share my experience. I dropped off my 2016 McLaren 650S at Magnum Collision around November 12th for repairs after another driver, insured by State Farm, hit my vehicle. What I was never told before leaving my car was that Magnum Collision was involved in litigation with State Farm. As a result, State Farm was extremely difficult to work with throughout the repair process. While that may not have been entirely Magnum's fault, they accepted the job knowing this situation existed, and I was the one who ultimately paid the price with months of unnecessary delays. For nearly two months, I watched the repair estimate increase through multiple supplements--from approximately $21,000 then $30,000 to then $37,000, and eventually over $42,000. Eventually I had to involve my own insurance company just to get the claim moving. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told my car would be ready "very soon." In February, I was specifically told it would be no more than four additional weeks. Instead, I didn't get my car back until almost June. The problems didn't end there. My wheels had no damage when I dropped the car off, and I specifically told them they did not need to be repaired. Despite that, Magnum removed all of my wheels and sent them to a wheel repair shop anyway. They came back a completely different color than the factory finish and looked terrible. They were no longer the original color I had carefully maintained. The shop also removed my driver's door, which I do not believe was necessary for the repairs being performed. Afterward, the vehicle was sent to MotorCars of Atlanta for calibration. I was then informed that my driver's airbag had supposedly "gone bad" and needed to be replaced. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted a former McLaren technician from Sector 32 who has extensive experience with these vehicles. He discovered that the airbag wiring connector had simply been left disconnected. Once it was plugged back in, the system worked immediately with no replacement airbag needed. Finally, after paying approximately $1,500 out of pocket on top of a repair bill exceeding $42,000, I drove away expecting everything to be finished. Instead, my steering wheel began shaking violently at highway speeds. When I stopped to check the tires, I discovered they had been inflated to nearly 60 PSI--far above the proper pressure and, in my opinion, a serious safety concern. I also requested the alignment printout because Magnum told me an alignment had been performed. Adam told me he would send it the following day, but never did. After following up with owner Sal, I was told CJ would contact me. CJ eventually informed me they had recently replaced their alignment machine and had no alignment records to provide. That left me questioning whether the alignment had actually been completed, especially since the car was vibrating badly and still needed to be aligned correctly. After almost seven months, I received a car with wheels that no longer matched the original finish, an improperly connected airbag harness, tires inflated to nearly 60 PSI, and an alignment issue that still wasn't resolved. For a repair facility that specializes in high-end and exotic vehicles, I expected meticulous workmanship, honest communication, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The repeated delays, poor communication, unnecessary work, quality control issues, and unresolved problems made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend Magnum Collision based on my experience.
