I went to Mavis on my lunch break without an appointment just to get some air in my tires, hoping for the best (I tried two different quiktrips but their air machines are never operable!) and when I explained the situation the manager told me to just pull up and they put air in my tires and actually found out the core for one of the valve stems needed to be repaired which they performed right there on the spot. She served as a point of contact and helped ensure my concerns were addressed. I was then connected with Jared, who took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He drove approximately an hour and a half to meet with me at the location where my vehicle had been serviced. After test-driving my vehicle, he immediately recognized there was still a problem. At first, I will admit that I felt like he was defending his team. However, as we continued working through the situation, I realized that Jared was focused on safety, doing the right thing, and finding a fair solution. He approached the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine concern. After I had already spent approximately $1,500 and my vehicle still wasn't operating properly, Jared conducted his own assessment, found the necessary part at a price I could afford, and did not charge me labor for the repair. Most importantly, he personally completed the repair to help rebuild the trust that had been lost. Within a few hours, my vehicle was repaired and is now riding great. I would also like to recognize the entire team. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, courteous, and professional. The facility itself was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained--including the restroom. I went back in to ask the lady behind the counter if this can be removed with good off she said she believe it can. I told her I didn't like that they left it and that was the end of the conversation. You would think they would remove the old glue after moving the balance. Also their prices are crazy ridiculous I got a quote for customer shock replacement and they charged over double for the parts and more hours of labor than needed. So I did not get the service done by them. Which is to bad the one in McDonough installed my original lift kit and they did great. I hate to have to go to someone else but their prices are more reasonable and they are closer to my house so I guess that was a sign to move on from tire south.
