I went to high school with Adam. We never met or spoke but I consider us good friends as I would often watch him in the hall ways. What a great family owned joint! I ordered four chicken tender entrees but with special requirements, no salad for two, no pita for one, and the owners response was "would you rather have it family style?" Absolutely perfect idea. After I told him it was our first time trying out Adam's Kabob, Jamal gave us a taste of the chicken shawarma. My wife immediately went said I should have ordered that but it was too late. We were committed. We were not wrong choosing the chicken tender either. Cooked perfectly and served on a bed of rice, it was delicious. We will be ordering the shawarma next time though. What a delicious meal! Omgosh! Jamal (owner) makes everything fresh (I asked) and even gave me a free Lentil Soup. He's so friendly and welcoming. There's no way I could eat all this food in one meal, and that's saying a lot because let's be honest ... veggie combos are usually skimpy. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with a side of falafel. I was so surprised by how amazing the quality is. I usually go to pita inn but decided to try Adams and was not disappointed. All our family love the food from Adams Kabob, our favorite dish are adam's platter and letil soup. Meats are fresh, lentil soup is so hearty taste, tahini sauce and garlic sauce with bread , all are so Yummy. (their falafels need more work though. ^^) Recently, they've changed their rice to basmati and also changed cooking style which is more tasty. I always wanted to eat middle eastern style rice (mandi) dish with cadamon spice ,cinnamon which is my early childhood soul food. But couldn't find similar taste.
