I feel it's a rarity of restaurants to made their food in-house so it made me excited for the food. Everything is reasonably price. I opted for the BFM burger and pickle chips ($2 up charge). The burger was juicy and well cooked. Their burgers are 1/2 lbs so it was big. The pickle chips were crunchy and really good. Portion was huge and worth the up charge. My lunch partner chose Cajun fries and they were crispy and flavorful. Our server was great! She was so nice! One negative, they allow dogs and many people brought their dogs. Since the space is enclosed, I did not like all the dogs while I was eating. It was tricky leaving since the hostess stand is located in the tight entrance and there was a dog right in the doorway. My lunch companion is deathly allergic to dogs. Luckily this dog owner was considerate and moved their dog so we could pass. Other than all the dogs, we enjoyed our meal and would come again.

Both were excellent except for the table spoon size serving of Cole slaw. Good portion of luncheon shrimp and the perch was excellent. We may try getting there a little later next time to get the dinner menu. If would have been nice if both on the web and Resturant menu if they would have that printed when the dinner menu started.

The absolute best Italian sub I've had in 30 years. My family is originally from Palermo, Sicily, so I am pretty particular when it comes to Italian food--but I can honestly say that The Loaded Italian at Adam's Sandwich Shop is the best sub I have eaten in thirty years. They bake their sandwich bread fresh all day long, and you can truly taste the difference. What makes this place so special is that it's a wonderful, two-person family business. Every single order is made with real love and care. The shop itself is beautiful, spotless, and so well-organized. You can just tell how much pride they take in what they do. They also have a wonderful selection of little extras, like jars of pickles, high-quality giardiniera, individual cakes, Italian cookies, and Sprecher sodas.
