The sessions are on-point, clear concise instructions & he is very particular about form and I really appreciate the attention to detail. Some trainers leave you to do exercises and aren't engaged, but Prince is locked in every session. I've always loved working out, but I used to deal with constant neck and shoulder pain, so I couldn't train the way I wanted. Training with Prince changed that. He's great at fixing form and makes sure you're training without pain. I do semi-private sessions (usually about 4 people), and it feels pretty close to a private session.
