I have called every single day because the delivery has failed due to no apt or suite number listed. THERE IS NO APT OR SUITE NUMBER! We are our own huge building. On July 20th I took a pkg here to be delivered to my hubby in Maui in 2 days. I was guaranteed it would be there by 5pm on July 22nd, which was very important.. Saw it arrived on Maui at around 1:30. At about 4:30 I and my husband got notices that it had been delayed???? It did arrive at 5:10, which was later than we'd been promised. I called the 800# and talked was transfered to 3 different people each one telling me oh no delivery time is listed as 8:30 so it wasn't late but gave me a case #. The last guy put me on hold came back said I did a deep search and I do see it was to be there by 5 so you are right it was late. I'll file this with our refund department you will hear from them in 24-72 hours. 6 days later(last night) I got an email that stated your pkg was delivered on time plus 2 day delivery is not guaranteed anymore??? If you want your pkg there quickly and on time I suggest you find another carrier. read more

My overnight delivery had been on the truck 2x in a row but never delivered. 1-800-FEDEX said it would definitely be delivered by today by 8 pm. When it wasn't I called again and they stated it was at this facility. Unfortunately by the time I got this information I had 10 min to get here. I made it right at 8:01 and the doors were closing. I pleaded with the gentleman to help me get my package as I'm heading out of the country tomorrow for a week. He was super nice and helped me secure my package. My faith in humanity has been restored. I wish I would have gotten his name. This package contained my currency exchange for my trip out of the country. I had to hightail it to this location from Frisco. I drove around only to find out one of Frisco's locations is temporarily closed and the other one has a next day air time actually 10 minutes before what's stated. I'm happy that I made it here in time. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant. The inside was clean and well stocked with packaging supplies. There's also plenty of parking. During the pandemic, there's a limit of only 3 customers allowed inside the building. All smiles for this transaction!!!! read more

I truly have never experienced a worse shipping service. I've had four of my packages "delivered to front door" over the past three weeks and none of them have been - I was home when I received two of the notifications and immediately checked. Fast forward: I've had one of the packages resent three times and still nothing in sight. I thought perhaps my business address would work better since they didn't seem competent enough to figure out the residential address - I was wrong. I love FedEx, but this store is awful. The employees are either rude, lazy, or clueless... no in between. I've dropped off packages that didn't get scanned in for two days. They act like you're robbing them if you ask for envelopes, probably because they would have to refill them. It's as bad as a USPS location, and that's BAD! The mask mandate has been gone for months, but they still have fifteen signs out front requiring masks like the scamdemic is still full blown, and they freak out if you try to drop a package without one. read more

Took package with time sensitive material (blood samples for a study) in it to be FIRST OVERNIGHTED yesterday at lunch to arrive at the destination by 8 am today (so the blood is still good). FedEx priority overnight must be signed for packet shipped on Saturday was slated to arrive Noon on Monday. Waited by my door until 1:30PM when it updated until end of day. I waited all day and night. Never showed. I should have been at Christmas with my family. Tracking history updated that night to show it hadn't even left from 19 hours across the country until 4:00 PM on Monday. I COULD have been with my family. The next day (Tuesday) delivery is slated by noon. I wait until past noon. Delivery then says end of day. I get a notification around 1:00PM that the driver attempted to deliver and no one is home. No knock. No rung bell. I have been intentionally home, quite and keeping an eye on the door for 24 hours and then no one even attempts to deliver. When I call, my options are to either wait until 5:30 and drive halfway across town to pick it up or wait until tomorrow for another attempt at delivery. I should be with my family right now celebrating the holidays, but I'm sitting home still waiting on my FedEx delivery. Thank you. It's also expensive and I won't sign electronically in case someone doesn't want to knock and wAit for me to walk to the door. Worst Experience Ever! Like many others stories, I was told that my package would be delivered by 8 p.m the following day. I work from home in the morning so around 5:04 p.m. I received a email saying my package was too big to fit into my apartments lockers. Mind you it was only a air fryer AND I instructed to leave in front of my door because I was home. So I called the company for the lockers and they told me that there were several available large lockers on my property. So shortly after I called Fed Ex to try and see if they can have him re route back to drop it off and she agreed that she would. Here it is 9:30, the office is closed and i'm sure no one else is out on route. So now i have to call around tomorrow and try to pick it up before they put it in the truck again and I go in another f****** circle. read more

Absolutely not professional at all. I placed an order on 1/30/2023 where it was then given over to FedEx with an overnight shipping promise, as I paid the extra money for it. The whole reason I paid overnight shipping was for expensive equipment that was being delivered and I didn't want it sitting in a box within a warehouse. Of course, a winter storm hit and their operations were down from 1/30/2023-2/1/2023. This location opened at 12pm on 2/2/2023 since the roads were still a bit icy. I then spoke to a representative from customer service and was told I could come to this location to pick up my package since it was now delayed again until 2/3/2023. I was told I would need a reference number and my ID to pick up the package. So, I decided to make the hour and a half round-trip drive to pick up the package, but was then told I couldn't because they didn't know exactly where it was at their facility. I don't understand how I can pay the extra money for priority shipping for them to not keep it as a priority. Honestly, this whole experience has been a joke with FedEx and I will never use them again. Highly advise you do the same since they do not keep their customer's satisfaction as a priority. read more

This place has the absolute worst service, and is a deceptive company as a whole. I also see that I'm not the only one who has similar issues, which tells me everything I need to know. I had ordered a new phone through Apple, and was told it was going to be delivered on a certain day. The FedEx guy arrived and knocked, but then didn't even give us time to get the door open, before he walked away. We took MAYBE 1 min to get the door. That was strike one.. Strike two was seeing the door tag left on the door, without anything written on it, not saying where I could pick it up at, or when they would try to deliver it. I tried to call the main fed ex number to get an idea on how I could retrieve my package. While the guy I spoke to was friendly enough, he told me some completely wrong information that made my experience infuriating. Due to everything with the pandemic going on, I asked if I could pick my package up curbside, to avoid going in. To me, this seems like a reasonable request given the circumstances.. the guy made up some elaborate story and told me that when I pulled up to the center, there would be people waiting outside, who would direct me to a designated pick up parking area, where I could proceed to pick up my package without getting out of the car. I drove 30 min, and lo and behold, there were no employees outside, and NO pickup area. Just general parking. I waited a few min to see if anyone would come out, and no one did. I eventually called the center and told them where I was parked, and told them I would like to do curbside. The lady I spoke with got a huge attitude about it, and told me they don't do curbside, and said I had to come in. I asked her what the process was to pick up the package, and offered to give her my id and everything, but I was extremely hesitant about going in. Especially considering the 2 people before me went in without masks, and were laughing about it. She eventually gave in and agreed to do curbside, but when she came out to get my ID she had a very big attitude and was one of the most disrespectful customer service people I've ever encountered. Then when she finally brought my package out, she threw it at me, and walked off. I am so appalled, not only at the attitude she gave about walking a few feet to do the same thing she does inside, but also at the deceit I experienced with the whole process. These people on the phone assured me of my safety when that was not true. These people in the store made me feel bad for requesting me staying safe, which shouldn't be the case... especially in these times. I will never use this company again if I can help it, and I am going to try and call corporate about this terrible experience. read more

Very poor customer service. I was told it's company policy to not witness documents which is fine, I explained I wasn't asking for notary services which they do not do because Fed Ex had a lawsuit. I went got witnesses at the bank and returned. When I was being helped I handed the document to the employee and asked for confirmation of receipt. She turned to her coworker and said didn't we already help her? Then she tells me didn't I help you earlier? Then coworker says yes she had to go get something and while they are conversing I'm expressing I just need a confirmation that you have the document for shipping. She acts like my request is foreign looks at my sealed prepared package and tells me I have a label. So again I say yep it's good to go - confirmation of receipt. Her coworker finally says yeah she needs proof she dropped that off and she gives me the receipt. I mean COME ON! It was a Seinfeld episode I swear. I don't have much choice about alternatives due to the nature of my business. Just hope next experience is better. Again no issue with not witnessing documents I just know going forward to go to UPS or the bank or the post office or the guy jogging down the street! literally anywhere other than FedEx. read more

I'm livid. I paid to have a package delivered to me at my apartment within two days. I paid extra, almost as much as the product I ordered. Sat here all day waiting. I track it and it's showing as being on the truck to be delivered. I kept waiting.....just now checked the web site for FedEx and it's saying that I will need to come to their location and pick up my package. WHAT? Are you kidding me? I leave tomorrow for an out-of-town location, I don't have a car. So, I have to impose on someone to pick this up for me AND they have to have the same address as mine. Then, they tell me my driver came but I didn't answer the door. BS. That's a lie. I sat here all day in a 1 bdrm apt waiting. There is nowhere that I could not have heard the driver's knock. I am also going to complain to the Company where I made my purchase and ask that they use UPS or anyone other than FedEx. How inconvenient. UPDATE: after explaining my situation to FedEx, they are promising me that another driver will pick up my package and it WILL be delivered to me before 8:30pm. We'll see.......Several hours later UPDATE: Well, I give credit where credit is due. FedEx Supervisor Ashley promised me that my packages would be delivered before 8:30pm and indeed they were. So, that in itself changes the way I view FedEx. Thank you for your customer service and making my holiday plans less stressful and getting my pkgs to me on the day promised. read more

I'm working on Christmas Eve today while I have family in town because equipment I needed yesterday morning did not make it to the Fedex hold on a priority overnight order(half of it made it though). It was misplaced here and instead being able to pick it up at 11:39am I was stuck waiting at the Fedex in Plano until they could track it down in the Addison station. I had to drive to Addison which was really out of my way during traffic then I had to wait another 15 min for them to get it from the back and finally signed for it at 3:11pm then had to drive in rush hour traffic to the Denton area. I wasn't able to finish my work yesterday and the place I was taking it to had people clocked in just waiting on me. I looked like the bad guy to a customer when I spent a lot of time and energy on the phone trying to make it right. I had another sorting incident last week with fedex and it will be a hassle I'm sure to get any discounts. I don't like paying for priority overnight shipping on 25lb+ packages when it comes late or gets missorted in Memphis arriving late in the day or the following day and puts me behind at work. Last month I had to pay $250 to get equipment in for work when they missorted a package that ended up in California instead of ft worth. Follow up with me Fedex!!!!! read more

Had a very unpleasant experience with their staff. Me and my wife ordered computer from Dell and we wanted to pick it up from this location. After waiting for 30 mins in the line we have finally got our package and at the very moment we finished loading the package to our vehicle 2 ladies rushed out and yelled at us saying the package was not ours. They tried to rob the package back from our trunk and have threatened me that they will call security personnel and police if I don't want to give the package back to them, and lied that there were another set of boxes and what we took was wrong. We have all the confirmation email, order number, address, name, all the information matching on our package and they insisted that we cannot take what we have purchased from them otherwise there will be "security concern". I have then asked the lady yelled at me if she have the "right" package handy she was just not answering and tried to take our goods from our trunk and she surrounded our SUV with their dollies. I just told her I need to confirm if they really have the correct one otherwise they cannot take our package but that two ladies insisted on treating me that I cannot take my own stuff and they will call security, and I gave her my ID to let her check if we were the right recipient. One lady went into the store with my ID while the other lady still asking me "do you mean you don't want to give us these packages?" for several times and kept saying there will be "security concern" if we refuse to yield our purchased merchandise. Finally after times of threatening and lying the other lady came out told her to "let us go" with a discriminating gesture and tone as if we have stolen something from FedEx. Apparently FedEx believe discrimination and threatening will help them when they dealing with Asian people but unfortunately I am here to prove they were wrong. This has just happened yesterday and I'm writing this review with great anger and agony since we are a small business owner that basically visit this store every day for shipping and I can still not believe FedEx will treat their customer like thief. I will contact a lawyer for the discriminatory speech and behavior as well as the so-called security concern threaten that happened today. Very very disappointing. read more
